I placed the order via WhatsApp, but all I'm getting back from them is the following. I have explained that one of the boxes was mislabeled, but I'm not sure they understand despite sending a photo and detailed description of every vial/box:

It looks like the reta10mg was mislabelled as 3, so I just want to confirm that reta10mg was indeed made with gold caps (with flip off written on them) to ensure there hasn't been a mistake packing the wrong product.

I have box details too which I can share in private if helpful.

My main concern is 3 sets of purple vials included, so I want to ensure these are not mixed up, particularly the purple-topped RETATRUTIDE 10mg, which it looks like was one of the mislabeled ones.

I have asked on WhatsApp if they are 100% these are correct but no response. If not certain, I don't mind sending it off for testing to remove any doubt.

You won't find any 99% except on a lucky vial, even pharma don't test 99%

no they are not not in the field of 'developing' generics.

i dont want to go into science too much but that 5% missing from generics is what gives the side-effects, if something is 95% pharmacetiucal means 5% has deteroitated etc, whereas in generics it means a world lot of difference.

Do you have anything produced at the moment thats 99% and over (or is the cost to 'purify' to expensive for you guys to warrant that)?

This batch is ugly pucks too, you can check the picture in the report, and their ugliness is what explains the 99.9% each time it's tested

Our HGH is more of an 97%.

Which is incorrect, janoshik said many times that the 3-5% you find as impurity in generic HGH is just degraded HGH.
Another proof is that our HGH already tested 99%, so in beginning it's a 99% raw powder, that degrades and stabilize at 97%, the 99% versions are often unstable.

Good luck finding a 99% purity HGH, because simply you won't.
And also to explain that sides comes from impurity, I am sure if you get a 90% purity norditropin and you paid for it a fortune, you will be feeling less sides than a 97% $40 chinese generic kit, because it's all in the head.

But if a buyer ordered for example the first ready ones only, he gets his tracking before the rest.
For example the guys who ordered the test e kits only during the preorders their trackings are already available for most.
But it’s quick, this week I believe all of them will be ready.

New batchs are in 15ml vials filled by machine with a 11ml target or so.
Thicker glass.
New rubber stoppers.
No floaters.

Primo 100 grey batch was one of these new batchs.
