How do you uncrash a vial? The reason I'm asking is because my kit of primo is crashed and so far the methods I've see listed are the oven, coffee cup heater and boiling water?

dickheads took 8 days to tell me hash is incorrect, all proof that payment was sent to their address and tdix was given from d1 (usdc) still waiting for an appropriate response and assistance. had to ask them again after 3 days that the boss over here suggested i dont bother them, now imagine if i never reasked for an update. in the meantime i coulve already received my stuff from a diff source.
the dude who runs things over here will just yap. "oh if payment was sent then its instantly confirmed no need to ask questions,stop bothering us" yeah sure but ill wait more than a week to tell me that the txid is wrong and u still have yet to refund me for the 2nd payment.

Unless I'm missing something, the crux of the issue is that you sent the wrong hash, right? As in, if you'd sent the right one, then everything would be fine.

No doubt this would be more pleasant if QSC was staffed more appropriately for their sales volumes and were able to communicate more and be proactive. But face it, that would raise their costs and thus our prices.

TLDR: Send the correct hash.

I heat water in an expresso cup in the microwave at a temp a little less than boiling. Then place the vial in there with water covering 3/4 of the vial. Takes a few minutes but gets the job done. Time consuming if the whole kit needs uncrashing. My last Test C delivery was crashed but the primo with it was not.

Buy a cheap coffee mug warmer and you can also use to heat prior to your injections. Sometimes you can't see when gear is slightly crashed and this will help with potential PIP.

170 degrees F (77 degrees C) for 15 minutes.

i wonder if i could use my air fryer i can regulate heat easier than my oven? i guess its all about overall heat @170 for 15 minutes, not necessarily the unit of heat,

Air fryer is just a convection oven so my guess is yeah it would work, maybe preheat it first for more consistent ambient heat inside the air fryer tho.

Do NOT use items that are utilized in the kitchen for anything homebrew.

Invest in a cheap countertop oven that you will only use for that

That's one of the advantages of an oven, Gentle. even heat. If your oven can go
lower than 170f even better.

The flat surface heaters can get much hotter, even with digital temp control.

Set your coffee warmer to 150f and it'll go up to 180f to get there, being applied to a small spot on the vial.

The "boiling water" option, coupled with a vent pin, ie, a hole for moisture to enter, is just nuts.
