Hey there, just paid for an order via email after the rep sent me the BTC address/amount. Trying to reply to her with transaction hash and every reply keeps getting bounced back to me via Proton's Mail Daemon saying it was returned to sender because it was caught in QSC's spam filter.

Tracy can you help me get my email to Nia so my payment doesn't get lost? Thank you

Update: one of them finally got through when i sent a fresh email not as a reply. fixed it.

Happens all the time. I think it’s an issue with a file that’s attached to the email.
