Listened to this live This was from the morning session. Funny enough you know the key peptides of interest being discussed? Twas CJC. Remember the list of peptides I said were of particular interest regarding immunogenicity?

Since immunogenicity doesn't develop instantly, it's entirely possible he's developing it to the QSC batch now too. It started strong, gyno flared, and after a short while xx% of gh is now being inhibited, effectively lowering the dose.

Two other relevant factors:

~He stopped, then restarted using it. A "drug holiday" can trigger a stronger immune response when restarting vs "continuous exposure" to a peptide/protein. **

~Immune response is highly individual. He may just have a strong immune reaction to gh of all types.

Of course this is all hypothesis, and not only do we not have antibody test results, but usually, we don't have all the facts of what he's using, how he's using it, etc.

**on another note, I strongly suspect this is happening with GLPs. As the European Medicine Agency points out, the impact of immunogenicity (development of ADAs, Anti-drug Antibodies) is often not fully understood until some time, often years, after a peptide/protein therapeutic hits the market:

My read was his issue seemed to be batch specific from scanning the thread.

It very much was. I have used QSC GH since 2022 and never had issue. Then all of a sudden started to get gyno / a flair up about 3-4 weeks ago. Got labs multiple times (all were normal), but issue persisted even with ralox, no changes in gear, etc. All issues immediately stopped after 2-3 days no GH when that kit ran out. Wish I would had clued in earlier it could have been / was the GH so i could have kept a vial to get it tested because honestly I have no clue what / why it it would happen so randomly... unless it wasn't GH(?). Now I am 5-6 days into a 36iu kit (same dose) with zero issues and WAY more fullness, which is also weird...

Did you have a crashed vial or two prior so you weren't getting full dose of primo or something? and supplement changes? changes in GH or peptides?

A summary of what Happened: Daniela came to give a detailed lecture on immunogenicity in peptides and why we should be concerned. Then Another Director explained what bulk drug substances were and why they matter. By the time they were done, they convinced majority of the FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee to vote against allowing compounding pharmacies to give us CJC, CJC+DAC, AOD, and TA-1. So It is what it is.
These things aren't Sema or Tirz. They've passed theirs, and are less immunogenic than the aforementioned. AOD was dinged I suspect, because of it's closeness to growth hormone and folks are afraid of a cross reactvity that can generate immune reaction against natural GH. I'm yet to hear any expert voice concern about rampant (ab)use of compounded GLPS cross reaction to incretins.
Studies may be in the works, so who knows?
Not against the better safe than sorry approach. I just don't see a "Sorry" case with GLP-1s arising from immunogenicity related decimation of pKa or raising pKd.

For all you know it may have been another thing that caused the fullness aided by GH, and the GH cessation allowed your body to completely clear it. May even be a dose issue as Ghoul suggested. Perhaps some overdosed aberrant Vials..

Just incase it is immunogenicity as Ghoul suggested, you might want to test your IGF (or any other indicator) to be sure the GH is working, and not that the symptoms disappeared because you are now producing a lot of neutralizing antibodies to GH (making it's effectiveness way less)

There was complete silence from November 30th to December 14th. Between December 16-18th, I was informed that tracking would be available soon. I thanked them and inquired about the tracking on December 25th. On December 26th, I received a message stating that QSC was having issues with their bank account and I should check if my money had been returned, which it hadn't.

For 32 days, I've essentially been strung along, only to find out that my eagerly anticipated order won't be shipped. I'm now told to expect a refund in 2-4 weeks.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially given QSC's reputation in the industry. The lack of clear communication, extended periods of silence, and the eventual cancellation of the order without proper explanation have left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. I expected better from a company of QSC's caliber and hope they will address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future.

All these folks worrying about shipping has me thinking back to the old Canada reshipping line. I had an order that got lost somewhere between it landing in Canada and the reshipper. I ordered during Chinese new year, so it was like 3-4 weeks to get to Canada, then lost after a couple weeks, waited 30 days from last shipping update, got Reship sent took another month to get here. All in it was like 3+ months to get here. Qsc has always taken care of me, and I barely even check shipping anymore.

Tracy is just a placeholder name that pops up for both - Unless you're emailing the tracy specific email you're just hitting a general line for everyone on Whatsapp and the sigma email.
