Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

3/4 packs landed within a few of weeks to Australia which isn’t bad considering the time of year. I received an email from my QSC rep (without being prompted) to let me know of a delivery issue with one of the parcels (my issue, not theirs) which I found really nice/surprising !! Great service!

Is it normal for international pack to stay at “shipment info received” for a long time?
How long is a long time? I had one in that state for two weeks and reached out to Tracy's support email to check. A couple of days later I had a new tracking number. Of course the new package got caught up the late December delays, but it might actually arrive soon.

One of the Test C vials from Thanksgiving preorder promo had a hairline crack on the bottom of the vial and leaked less than 1ml of oil before it got to me. There is no way it could have broken in transit with the type of packaging used, so it must have left the manufacturing facility looking like this. There is room for improvement in QC

It's ok, that's a sterile crack.

I have to add that, while there was no protection from leakage, it was packed so well that I can't imagine anything breaking in transit unless someone literally crashed the box into a pancake.

I am filtering, so I will not toss the vial - I will store it inverted and use it first, but I cannot imagine anyone using this as is.

I don't see how anyone can trust compounding pharmacies after reading the FDA inspection reports for the largest players. In my book, they're not much better than UGLs - especially 503As. I do trust pharma under the jurisdiction of the FDA, just not the compounders.
Agreed. Those are some great reads. Even the big one does no testing on its non sterile products.
