This is why I said I won't waste my time bring up the other one.
People love looking for things that don't exist.

I want a direct comparison, double blind, placebo controlled, randomized trial of Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide. I know that doesn't exist, and I know the studies around Retatrutide are few and far between; hopefully when Eli Lilly release their findings at the end of the year we'll have a bit clearer picture. As such, I would be hesitant to make claims about the superiority of a drug with no data currently supporting it. You say bringing up studies is a "waste of time," I say it's education and promotes discourse to form the best practices. Sorry if I come off abrasive, I'm genuinely not trying to be.

im constantly on ashwandaga and it keeps me mega chill. mostly use it to sleep better but i noticed i stay really chill out through out the day too.

I'm so chill on ashwaganda that I'm unconscious. Seriously I dunno how anyone can stay awake on that. I've only tried one brand and it's nutricost ksm-66. Just one pill knocks me out and makes me lazy and non-functional for hours. It's worse than GH or Benadryl for me. Like CBD/weed without the high
