I’ve done Tirz for about 2 years, and Reta for 6 months. Both were extremely effective. I’m choosing to stick with just Reta, due to my outstanding lipids. Even my Apo(B) was at 58, which is awesome for me. Total cholesterol at 123, and Triglycerides at 37. I’m feeling great with those numbers.

How did you get that… I’m envious, my apob is at 117, but the ratio to apoa is good.

If you can get your raw genetic data, there are lots of places you can just plug it in and they'll analyze it for you quite extensively. I have a few genetic mutations that make meds work in really fucky ways. Just make sure the place you choose to get your raw data and then the place that analyzes don't have that they own your genetic information in the fine print, a lot of them will sell it.

What does pricing out mean? Are you looking for a gym to join? If you have bodybuilding gyms near you choose those, even if you aren’t or don’t ever plan to be one. Just a better vibe usually, often 24 hour access, good equipment, people watch out for each other, not a zoo like the big places.

Debating if I want to spend the extra for the one with a pool that also has a contract I know will be an absolute bitch to get out of. But.... Pool. I used to be a swimmer so it seems like an easy way to make myself really, really WANT to go.

It's in the rich people area so it's twice as expensive as the cheap one by where I live.

Pools can be tough, the more affordable they are the more nasty shit you see in the water is all I’ll say. Low cost gyms in metropolitan areas are by far the worst, turns into a hobo soak.

I purchased this from Atomik Labz hoping it’s legit. I will never buy a mix like this from China again. I’m sitting on a Lipo C kit from SSA that’s likely junk.

You want one with weights , cables ,elipticals... your not there for anyone but you.. all the bells and whistles are just distraction.. Find the least popular less crowed cleanest gym you can find........and tear the fucking house down!!!!!
