China have deathpenalty already for drugrelated crimes. If someone gets caught with >1000g Opium and >50g Heroin, are involved in smuggeling, manufacturing, trafficking etc, are in real deep shit. So deathpenalty for that is nothing new.

China have deathpenalty already for drugrelated crimes. If someone gets caught with >1000g Opium and >50g Heroin, are involved in smuggeling, manufacturing, trafficking etc, are in real deep shit. So deathpenalty for that is nothing new.

They've let the fent get exported by pharma companies, though, since not for domestic consumption. Trump claimed China would crack down on it and apply the death penalty, but China replied yesterday and said it's the US' problem and not theirs.

i dont know where the idea came any of the precursors used in opioids/fentanyl is the same as in primo/etc but that isnt true at all.

china has been the only country in the world where these precursors were not regulated. and because of the fentanyl precursors being bought wildly down there they started required licenses for all precursors involving aas.

any lab in the world have limited primo/mast at the moment. China’s ECCN, effective as of December 1, 2024.
