You should do that for every source you deal with, because if you are ever missing anything they all require an unpacking video as proof. That sucks you got shorted, but its a lesson learned i suppose. Honestly, i think some vendors do it on purpose because they either dont have the product in stock, or they just want to take advantage of new users who dont know any better. But if you look through the vendors perspective, without a video everyone would be saying they are missing items

Shouldn't the weight of your pack be predictable? Your pack minus 2 kits should be different than your pack with all the items you ordered. Pretty sure they weigh the packs for shipping purposes. Or maybe not. I don't know how this works. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I hope you get your missing items. Q's hgh is usually very nice especially for the price.
Same thing I told Tracy, but she insists that it's "in the system". I think that the weight would've been the logical approach here as well.

I think most sources have a pic of each pack’s contents prior to shipping. It’s a standard part of their process.
If all the contents were there, they can easily refute a bullshit claim being made publically that something wasn’t in the box, or the wrong item was sent.
But those pics are to protect THEM, not you.
If you report something was missing, even if their internal pics shows it wasn’t in the box, if YOU can’t prove it with an unboxing vid, you’re not getting shit, not “oh you’re right I see on the pics we took it wasn’t in there.”. That’s just how it is.

So these 400 iu kit deals, are ppl getting actual 40 iu vials or the 10 iu vials ? Curious cause a friend of mine ordered from Tracy and they have shipping already in 4 days in Canada nothing saying anything about customs yet he only had 100iu kits in Canada but the deal was $125 for 400 kits..
I'm in the US but I ordered the 36iu kits and that's what I got. They're overdosed to 40iu. The sku should tell you when he gets them. The ones I ordered and what people have been getting lately are purple tops, but the original ones before testing were black tops apparently from what someone else in in this thread posted

That price is completely wrong.
In Canada they either have 20 vials of 10iu(200iu) for 160 usd or 50 vials of 10iu(500iu) for 400 usd
The 400iu kits are 40iu vials x 10 for $125 usd. But if its shipping to Canada its an additional 20% ontop of that

Tracey announced QSC decided they “would be taking the customs risk”.
Which sounds to me like, “We can put 300 kits in a box that ships from China for $100, and pocket $50 shipping charge x 100(3 kit deals) = $5000 (minus maybe $1000 for the local shipping) = ~$4000 extra profit.”
This is still not bad for the buyer, since no risk of a seizure letter.
Not sure if same thing was going to happen in Canada, but they have a local warehouse, and 36iu kits might’ve already been enroute, so maybe filling orders from that.
