These minimum requirements are a joke. Why do they now require buying 50 vials to get the 36IU HGH?

If you aren’t buying from within a country with a warehouse, they are probably drop shipping from Chinese distributor.

Never said it was a “miracle drug”, unless by “miracle” you mean a compound with essentially all upside, or neutral at worst, with no “price” to be paid in the form of harms to health ( besides a rare allergic rash in a very tiny minority).
It is objectively THE safest CNS boosting drug, with a better record than caffeine, and all but the most benign otc meds. Including ibuprofen.
If anything, the #1 complaint is “I don’t feel it”.
Mechanistically it has numerous plausible long term neuroprotective effects, though they've only been proven in animals and in human tissue in vitro.
So either it does something positive, which is the case for the vast majority, does little to nothing (usually by those comparing it to a stimulant), or in some outlier cases has some minor transient annoying effect, without any documented harms.
If you have some evidence of any damage done by it, I’d love to see it, because I read every bit of research and case study that comes out on this topic, including the nuts that take 5000mg, and haven’t seen anything in that regard that’s more alarming that the effects of too much coffee.

I just like the dosing when I recon'd the 36IU vials, but don't want to drop over $800 for it. I'm not crying, I just don't dont like that they increased the minimum. It isn't that deep, it's mild criticism.
May I ask you what do you think about its effect on raising blood pressure and heart rate? Or is it negligible?

Heart rate is a non issue.
Blood pressure doesn’t rise in the vast majority. The mean increase in the 1-2% of users who see a rise in systolic is 1-3 points. Two cups of coffee raises systolic in the majority by 5-10 points. Moda/Armoda have the lowest BP impact of anything considered a “stimulant”.
I think if caffeine and Modafinil were both introduced today, caffeine would be scheduled (it’s physically addictive), and Moda would be over the counter.
It’s possible if someone is borderline hypertensive a few points could push them over, but the rise itself isn’t significant. Very early studies using tiny groups (10-20 people, vs 1000-1500 in larger studies showing it’s a non issue) suggested a rise of 7-10, but that’s believed to be attributable to people becoming more physically active because they’re more mentally alert.
I use Telmisartan, which is an “adaptive” blood pressure compound, acting more strongly as BP rises. If Moda (or Armoda) increases it in me I’ve never noticed, likely because Telm suppresses any spikes.
