You don’t really need to use that stuff for appetite. Just eat through it.
What actually worked for me back in the day was doing a short calorie pull before a bulk. Drop calories for a bit, let the body get hungry, then when you ramp food back up the appetite goes feral.
I still do this occasionally even during a bulk. A couple days in a deficit, then I start pushing food again and it goes down way easier. Might not work for everyone, but for me it’s been a cheat code every time.

I feel like it's basic common sense to look for things like the extra "c" in the above telegram handle. Maybe some people just enjoy throwing money away and can't care to take that extra couple seconds to verify it's the correct one idk

I got scammed and I even thought I verified the handle. But @tracyfromqscc was also the only profile that showed up for me, I didn't even see the other tracy accounts. For some reason my brain just didn't catch the extra c, and normally I'm pretty savvy and good at not being scammed. You always think "oh how did those assholes get scammed they're so stupid lol" and then one evening you open up telegram trying to score some chinese bootleg lab produced reta and 10 mins later you get a 180 euro lesson.
But on the other hand, that account is probably operated by some fat retarded loser in the west (because who else would be trying to scam through a fake steroid telegram), or some scam center slave trafficked to Cambodia, who could probably use the money more, so at least I feel like I donated to some poor less fortunate person or something

Yeah that’s exactly what happened for me as well even though it wasn’t my first time ordering through their WhatsApp before.
Typed the telegram in the search bar and it’s the only account that came up. The verified badge sold it me . Dude even has an automated text set up with the price list as other providers got. Ugh.
You definitely should not buy anything from QSC, the service is terrible, honestly. Never had such a bad experience with multiple orders.
I ordered from the EU warehouse and the parcel was returned to France. The GLS support told me, that the label was destroyed and therefore it had to be sent back to France, where it now has been delivered.
Tracy refuses to refund or reship the paid boxes and claims it was all my fault, since I changed the address. Which I did but I just redirected it to a GLS office to pick it up there.
I placed a second order two days after the first one, did the exact same thing and this was delivered without any problems.
So how can this be my fault? And what is this behavior? This is definitely scam. Maybe the labels were destroyed on purpose or something like that. No one know. But for what I know, every other vendors service is way better than this shit. Like wtf.

Tbh, not to pick sides, but you shouldn't mess with the tracking of a product that you know could well cause legal issues for the shipper. This isn't amazon
I swear telegram is made by and for scammers. I even reported the account to support but no response at all. Telegram is just another russian gypsy scam / trick

The only lesson to get from your experience is to not mess up with deliveries and let them get delivered the proper way like everyone here.
But instead you choosed to redirect a GLS private parcel to a post office, which is stupid.
Now accept consequences and call it a day.

So yes, if you're that dumb, you should definitely not buy anything from QSC

In Germany it's usual to redirect parcels if you are not at home. That's normal business for DHL, GLS, UPS etc. So I definitely didn't fuck anything up. It's a service they offer when they send you the e-mail prior to the delivery.
And is this your way to treat customers, to tell them to "go fuck yourself"?
