That's what I'm starting to take away as well. Their lives have been spent in video games, socials, and other electronics. Diminishing societal norms and communication at is finest.

Do we have a consensus about the type of water for reconstituting hgh? I've saw the jano video saying it doesn't matter if it's sterile/saline/bac water, and it's true that we don't have bac water in europe.

I've only used bac water for all of my peptides till now but since qsc doesn't have it I don't wanna order separately and thinking of buying sterile water from the pharmacy made for injections. I'm sure it will be ok for GH if I use the vial in 6 days, but how about reta if it takes more than 2 weeks? Thanks

There’s no real mystery or holy war here. HGH isn’t picky about the water, it’s picky about bacteria.

Sterile water for injection is preservative free. That’s the key point. Once you open it and reconstitute HGH or a peptide, the clock starts ticking. In pharma HGH like Sero they use sterile water too, but that’s with strict handling and usually a short use window. Officially it’s often “use within 24 hours,” though in real life people stretch that a bit if it’s kept cold and clean.

So yes, sterile water is totally fine if you’re going to use the vial quickly. Think a few days, not a science experiment stored for weeks. If you’re finishing the vial in 1-2 days and keeping it refrigerated, you’re fine.

Bac water is where life gets easier. The benzyl alcohol acts like a bouncer at the club, keeping unwanted bacteria out. That’s why bac water is preferred if your HGH or peptides are going to sit in the fridge for more than a few days, especially things like Reta that might last 2 weeks or more.

Simple rule of thumb:
1. Short term use equals sterile water is fine.
2. Longer storage equals bac water wins.

Both work. One just gives you a bigger margin for human error, which, let’s be honest, is always the biggest variable.
