I would report my experience with QSC.
1st order was 12 march, EU domestic, 1xkit BPC+15 x kit HGH 10ui+ 1x kit HCG 2500ui.
quick communications and answer with Jessica.
When parcel arrived, HCG was missed. I told to them and they told me that will reship in next order.
then, after 2 months did my 2nd order:
1xprimo e 200mg kit+1 xtesto e kit + reshipping of HCG
fast communications as before, ever with Jessica.
When parcel arrived...well...arrived just the HCG of the first order without any other stuff.
When reported to Jessica, she told me that HCG and other stuffs come from 2 different warehouse but it not explain why the wole order except the reship wasn't shipped.
In add, Jessica told me that Test E meantime is out of stock and if can change with Test C. I agreed with the switch and now I'm waiting the parcel shipping.
Ok, it's not so smooth and a lot of mistakes, but my father told me "just who don't do nothing don't do mistakes", so I think that the strenght of a company is not no make mistakes (of course is better don't do it
) but how it manage problems.
I'm grateful for the speed with I received reassuring answers and I will wait with confidence the new parcel and tracking n°.
Also, as told to Jessica, is my will to do indipendent labtests (expecially for Primo) here near my home (there is a specialized lab) and when have, I will post in this forum.
So to everyone, just be patient if someone do mistakes, also you work and them, so think as you are in their place: if they apologize and fix asap the problem, dont blame them.
