Can someone tell me the names of the different body shapes, I think theres 2 types. with 1 you gererally have skinny legs and the other you dont. can someone tell me which is which?

Correct those are the body types but there can also be can be a combination of the 3 body types. Like head doc said, he was an overweight meso/ecto. I feel that this is more common then lumping people into the three mentioned body types. Most people have traits for a couple of the types listed.hackskii said:endomorph

Take in a little above maintenace dose of fat and then a little above Main .. dose of Carbs and see which makes you fatter .. Carbs and Protein are more readly used for energy.. The digestion proccess needs calories .. Protein uses the most,then carbs and fat uses the least amount of calories to be digested so more of it is stored as fat .. not incuding the fact that it doesn't have to be chemicly changed to be stored like carbs and protein do .. Low fat diets are unhealthy but not low SAT FAT diets .. If you want to lose fat the fastest without losing much muscle,it's best IMO to use a high Protein high GOOD fat low carb and low sat fat diet ... Don't you know only fat people say high sat fat diets are good .. that's like ugly people saying beauty comes from the inside .. Yeah OK LOLhackskii said:For the record fat does not make you fat.

Low fat diets are actually unhealthy.
Most dieters cut back the carbs rather than the fats for fat loss.
Calorie for calorie carbs will make you fatter than fat will.

Like treating epilepsy using a ketogenic (Atkins) diet 100 years ago for children?
If it was not for the anti-seizure drugs today that would be the way they treat it and to this day the kids that dont respond 100% to anti-seizure drugs go on a ketogenic diet and some stay on for years with zero health complications and no seizures.
Oh and that being fat using saturated fats comment, here is a pick of my forearm and tell me I am fat.
