Question for experienced DNP users - Cycle length

Roughly how long should a DNP cycle be (other than zero days)? I realize it varies from person to person but would appreciate some thoughts.

I'm older than I expect more here are, in my early 50s. I started with DNP from Fertilizer Club and used that for 10 days, the first 3 days of which were at 200mg / day, then the next 2 days at 250mg / day. I did that to assess my tolerance and then upped it 400mg to 500mg per day until I ran out of it 5 days later.

I then switched to powder DNP in 265mg caps (they are supposed to be 250mg each but is slightly overfilled), 2 caps per day for the past 14 days. I have always taken it once per day right at about 7:00PM.

So, it' been a total of 24 days, 19 of which are at more than 250mg / day. Sides have been very manageable, the most significant has been sweating at night. My scale says I'm down 14 pounds, which is an average of 0.61 pounds per day. Based on my waist circumference I would like to drop 10 more pounds, one way or another, and then assess whether to cut more or start a bulk.

I have also been in an approximately 700 cal eating deficit daily, not accounting for the DNP.

So what do you guys think? Quit soon or keep going? Success has been good but I don't want to over do it. I realize people often talk about 20 to 25 day cycles but I wonder if that includes the first several days of a low dose. Thanks!

I did almost 3 weeks... I did 3 days of "low" dose (200mg's) then a week or so of 400, and another week or so of 600mg's... So it was just shy of 3 weeks. I wasn't interested in going longer.... That's how i'd do it again, but start at 600 next time.

The main risk of longer cycles for me is getting sick with a cold or the flu. It weakens my immune system at doses like 250 mg/day and higher.

I don't get that effect at 50 or 100 mg/day. I'd rather just do my cut normally with diet and exercise and add a tiny DNP dose for an extra boost. 100 mg/day seems to work better for me than any amount of ephedrine, clen, T3, etc.

If it's really fat that is lost and not just water, then it won't come back except the way fat always comes back - too many calories.

Some people take DNP that way. They take big doses like 500 mg/day and lose weight in spite of their shitty diet. It all comes back when they stop DNP.

Getting leaner and staying leaner requires long term changes. I already know how to cut through diet and exercise (and AAS). I just like DNP as a boost to make the process faster.
