I started training seriously at age 25 I am know 37 and starting to experience mild heart problems. I have used aas on and off for the past 12 years, and have competed in several BB shows. The problem I'm having is when I do a heavy set of just about any exersize that really gets my heart beating, when I get done with that set and take a short break, my heart skips a beat several times as it returns to normal. I even get a little light headed when it happens. My doctor ran an EKG and stress test and both came back normal so he told me I probably have PVC and not to worry about it.I cut back on the amount of coffee I drink and that helped some. Really wanted to know if this could be something more serious and could another cycle make the problem worse. I haven't taken any aas for about 1yr. I also used to take the caffine, ephedrine, asprin stack in both real and herbal preperations. haven't taken that stuff for years either. Thanks for all advice and insight.

well if your doctors says its fine, then i would take his word on it, i wouldnt do a cycle if i were you bro, just puts more stress on it. it gets to a point where u goto realize when its time to stop and more important things such as your life then getiting "biggER"

Stimulants increase arrythmias.

Take fish oil. They reduce them.

If you want to do a cycle, why not just have the word "FOOL" tattooed to your forehead. I know I am being rude here, but want to make my point in no uncertain terms.
