Hey guys sorry if this is been asked before but i cant find the answer as to how despite hours of research my question is can i run dnp without juice? I see some people say yes its very muscle sparring however i maybe wrong but surely with the additional calorie deficeit created by the DNP it would be greater then recommended which of course u want for faster weight loss but wouldnt that then also risk into eating muscle? Ill be coming off a bulk cycle in 4 weeks time , will then be running a full power pct ( this is my 5th cycle ) i will then give a additional 4 weeks post PCT before getting bloods done all being well ill be looking to do a 2 week cycle of DNP before cycling off it then ill be running a cut stack 2 weeks after that ( 8 weeks post PCT ) will be running the DNP 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

I wanna know why you chose that as a comparison, let's be rational who's gonna eat that many raspberries to kill themselves lmfaoooooo while it takes 5 caps to kill you with DNP. I don't have to be an "internet guru" to tell you this shit isn't safe but you keep telling everyone that
Please find where I said it's safe... Bet you wont, because I didn't say that. Again, you clearly have a reading comprehension issue, as well as a bias to troll. You were called out for your disinformation and bullshit, then just fired away, spewing garbage.

We're done here, as I won't debate someone who cannot even comprehend what I'm saying to them. Especially one who puts words in my mouth, that I am then forced to counter, even though i never said them.

I'm disagreeing with your "safe" approach to DNP like I said teach me how to use this poison "safely" bossman

I just spent a minute reading some of your posts on other threads, I think we can both safely say we're done here... Form being a Pcom cock garbler for free gear, to trolling people about their erectile issues, you have provided nothing of value here, ever.

I hope you change your mindset before you give out too much bad advice, and actually hurt someone. Good luck.

What bad advice have I given in this thread that would hurt someone? If anything I hope someone reads this and thinks twice about using DNP while uncle dnp sits here and defends it.

Can someone tell me if I’m going to die bc two days ago I ate almost 4 packages of raspberries in one sitting. I did wash them off with organically triple distilled angel tears and dried them on Persian furs made by elves from the Elysian forest. I think I’ll survive but I just want a second opinion.

Yeah that approach worked out great scarring kids with reefer madness. Fear mongering never works it's best to put out actual facts and let people make their on decisions.

Not to be ignorant but I did ask someone else to explain because he's the guru and I would like to understand his safe approach

It's a little late to say you don't want to be ignorant, that ship has kind of sailed I'd say..

You've trolled this thread and spread misinformation but now you want his help in forming a safe protocol? You can understand why he's not taking you seriously, right?

You got completely triggered when he said you must have run it incorrectly... Called him names and antagonized him but then admitted that you did run it incorrectly lol. WTF.

We all have related goals from physiques to strength goals but anyone LITERALLY anyone can lose fat. Caloric deficit = fat loss its that fuckkng simple lmfao you guys are gooooooofy

It was nice knowing you.

Doc, I told you Parisian, not PERSIAN! God dammit dude, you're dead for sure! BIG difference!

Why would carbs heat you up and not fat? If protein and carbs are 4 Calories per gram and fats are 9 Calories per gram, by mass alone fats would heat you up over double the amount of carbs. 1 Calorie = 4184 joules which is an SI unit of heat, literally.

Unless what you’re implying is that most of carbs are digested in the mouth via the enzyme amylase which makes carbs a more readily available source of energy—glucose; therefore, the effects of carbs are felt much faster, whereas it might take several hours to feel the energy effect of fats?

A more readily available source of energy like sugar is noticeable because of the process of uncoupling and it's potential energy being burned off as heat.

Carbs are used more readily for ATP than fats or protein. The inefficiency that DNP is able to create in ATP production will cause more heat from carbs because of this.

Dude, raspberries, apricots etc. contain potassium cyanide, ban those, too! Wait, isn't water toxic? Salt? FUCKING EVERYTHING? Haha... Apparently this dipshit has no concept of LD50 or toxicity. I do wonder if he was retarded before he ran DNP - while having an allergic reaction for 10 days -, or if the nuking of his brain made things way worse?

Actually I did fine on DNP, three weeks at about 550mg / day, then 2 weeks off, then 2 more weeks at the same dosage. I had no adverse reactions and got a great result. I was careful, starting at 200 mg for several days, to make sure I could tolerate it.

Raspberries, on the other hand, I can't tolerate. I'm allergic to those, along with apples, melon and several other fruits. It's a "pollen oral" allergy and it does me in pretty quick!

As Eman stated, the effects are VERY profound with fast carbs like white rice, sugars, etc... If you eat "slow" carbs like oatmeal and sweet potato, the heat is less pronounced and intense. I made the mistake of just counting my carb macros at first, and realized very quickly the fast carbs are wayyyy more intense with DNP.
