Did this when I was a teen...I think it was more then one pump but got shot right in crese where my nose meets my cheek and it got stuck in there...was camping in a woods with nothing and a scab grew over it...then it got skin over it...couple months later had to take a razor blade and strong magnet and cut and pulled that shit out...still have a X mark there from cutting the skin open...shit sucked

Ouch that had to hurt. I got one in the butt due to a ricochet (was like 6 at the time), and was so deep I never bothered to remove it so it still is in my backside nearly 50 years later. Can sometimes feel it when I am sitting.

Funny think is I have an AR, it’s jut under the stairs in a case. Wife hates it.

I also have a Henry lever action .22. This and my Springfield armory 1911 range officer are my 2 favorite guns. The lever action is fun to plink with and it’s accurate as hell. We’ll go to the gun range and get a lane with a berm (sp?) and throw a bunch of clay pigeons on the berm. Go back half way down the lane and pick them off with the lever action. It’s pretty cool when u shoot one straight center and it doesn’t break.
