The guy said depending on how @RandRlabs handled it he'd bump it up to 400mg

Someone claiming to be the guy asked for an absurd amount of product in compensation

I'm not taking any sides but I want to throw a scenario out there for the other guys to think about. My question is, can we get several good pics of the vial in question, INCLUDING the crimp job on the cap?

It is possible, although you'd have to be scum, that the person took the cap and stopper off the vial, placed the hair(eyelash?) in it, replaced the stopper and put a new cap on OR reinstalled the original cap. Now we can obviously figure out pretty quickly if the cap was fucked with, and if it's an entirely different cap I think enough people have ordered that we can compare crimp jobs to see if it matches that or @RandRlabs

I thought it was odd, too, that the only pic that showed the cap had the vial inverted and resting on the cap. I do not intend accusation; but this allegation deserves considerable evidence production.

Not sure what the hell to think but things aren’t lining up .. demanding a lot of gear for compensation , somewhat skeptical pics , brewers hair not the right color , and saying depending on how things are solved he would run more ... just doesn’t quite mesh .

I'm going to stand by R&R on this one and move forward and try their frog juice.

It's simple. One vial was purchased, one vial should be replaced. Maybe refund his shipping (if you charge for it).

That makes the buyer whole, end of story.

It’s not hard to even slide a hair in needle then inject in bottle. ( this is obviously extreme) but doable.

I didn’t buy this dudes story from the start, especially now there is a email demanding all these products for compensation.

Of course he plans on upping his dosage if RnR handles this.

The story stinks 100%

If more come forward with hair or debris etc in vials then tide will change. But we have had numerous people check with lights, including one member who has over 10 personal bottles with nothing in them.

Odds are stacked we have a reverse scammer on our hands and he was busted.

I didn't like the story either. It looked strange from the outset. The member with a problem had become a member on the Saturday he ordered, he orders 1 vial, and then claims he got a hair in the vial when no one else has found anything in the many other vials that are out there. To any person that sounds extremely suspicuous.

This is one fuckin vial, and should be an easy fix and then move forward from this situation.
Just for assurance purposes on Rowdy’s end and ours, @RandRlabs should just add another step to inspect the final product when the products are being vacuum sealed. Or something of that nature.
I’m honestly neutral with this situation. And see both sides of the argument with the vial being contaminated and can also see how it looks like a reverse scam. Like I’ve said it’s one vial from one person. A replacement vial or BTC of product value is all that’s needed for compensation. And let’s move on....

But of course if @Huntersbd the next time you’re back on would be a good time to defend yourself with more proof. Send the video you say you have through email to Rowdy and you guys work out a fair agreement. But you shouldn’t expect more than what you paid for, imo.

I also believe that Rowdy @RandRlabs seems to me like a stand up guy from what I’ve seen. And seeing this situation being as bazaar as it’s been, it hasn’t deterred me from not ordering again. Still enjoying the frog juice lol .

Hair and shit can happen... doesn't mean the source is bad or anything. Just even the best sources have issues. It's the nature of the game.
It's all about how the source fixes it and if it is an isolated situation.

As for compensation, I believe a little extra is always a nice thing to do from a source. I've had sources give me a little extra (nothing absurd) but a little extra. And it's helped build the bond lol

i could understand if you were a frequent customer and/or made decent sized purchases. For one vial, from a new customer, i personally would give them what they paid for and no more.

Of course, i'd be embarrassed and wouldn't waste a sources time for a single vial in the first place, but that's just lil ol' me.

Yes I’ve mentioned this before that shit happens and how it’s resolved and steps taken to prevent it again is what matters.
But I think every situation is different and should be handled differently. In this case I see no reason overcompensating is necessary. But that’s just my opinion.

Seems to me you’re being sincere and truthful and willing to do what needs to be done. Everyone has their opinions on the matter.
I believe it’s now between you and @RandRlabs to come to a mutual agreement and get this resolved. Whatever you two agree on is the fair and best way to resolve this issue.
