The low SHBG can be caused by high testosterone levels or low estrogen levels.
The lymphocytes test is showing low white blood cells, your immune system isn't able to fight off infection or disease as well..its due to the cycle unless you have some underlying issue.

E2 of 48 with a test of 3408 is not high, in fact I wouldn’t take any additional ai unless there’s some negative side effects. Maybe 48 is high in the long term when your test levels are normal but right now test is 3.5x higher than topside of normal and there needs to be a ratio. Tbh tho l I wouldn’t even trust that e2 number unless it’s from a sensitive e2 test.
