Race to 500lb Deadlift

Body position was very good, legs were shaky. Have you tried rotating your toes out just a bit?

Dude, I have zero clue what I'm doing. I just watch some YouTube vids and adjust. Lol. I will try that next time! Thanks for the tip!

It helps me force the hamms and glutes into play more and push through with the hips at the top.

The only thing has really clicked (right or wrong) is push with the heels and start the pull at about knee height.

You pulled it nice job. What are you using for video and to blur your face, and then upload here?

Just my phone camera then to The app Skitch, then to YouTube, then share the link. I set YouTube to private too.

The app is weird to figure out at first it, it was the only "free" one I found. Granted I didn't look super hard

Thanks so change YouTube to private is all? Still worries me though. I am thinking a fake gmail account then a fake YouTube from it.

I'm only talking about on the heavy weights though. It helps me pull harder trying to stand up. I dont know if its correct form or not, I've always done it. I may have read it somewhere?

Just asking cause that’s the way I pull a strongman sled kind of like a standing hack squat

Yeah I used to be a member of several big name gyms. Then made the move to an old school type gym and lived the decision. No AC no heat just bay doors. And all the Equiptment you will ever need.

Love me some hack squats too
Yeah, went to a gym like that for 10+yrs but they closed. Now I'm stuck in either a commercial gym or crossdress gym.;)
