Shit bro, I'm no doctor. Can´t tell you for sure but if it hurts and you dont feel any lumps in or around the areolar tissue might be a thing called "mastodonia". If you have a lump, pretty sure its gyno.
If you can afford it go to see doc (endocrinologist or even a gynecologist lol) . If you can´t afford it, look into every scientific approach of Raloxifene, get blood tested and do a cycle of pharma grade ralox (evista perhaps) 3 months at 60mg everyday and see what happens. I can say now I'm 100% gyno free/pain free

Mastodynia* my bad. And I would rather have a relatively new lump than having puffy nips. The puffiness is the hardest thing to annihilate. Took me 6 months.

Hi RoidyNoob

Thanks for sharing your experience with raloxifene. There's a lot of sub-par info out there. However yours is a great log and gives me hope with my gyno that I've had for years from pro-hormone and a test cycle I ran almost 10 years ago. I'm currently about 7 1/2 weeks into running ralox and I'm running 30mg per day. I'm getting gradual improvements but my left side gyno is definitely more stubborn as it's years older. I've got more Evista on the way so will run this for another 2 months at 30mg/day and re-assess then. Hopefully over time it continues to shrink.

I'm glad to hear you're doing better. Like I said, you probably wont fully reverse the gyno however you will notice a significant improvement.
I dont understand why you are running it at 30mg? Why not 60mg?
I think 30 is too low unless you have info to back it up.

My maths isn't as good as it should be lol. I'm actually 6 weeks in now, rather than 8. My next lot of Ralox (Evista) is due to be delivered today. I've read a number of protocols that suggest running 60mg/day for the first 10 days, reducing down to 30mg/day until it's gone. Whether or not that is the best way to dose it, especially for longer term, persistent gyno, I'm not sure. Progress is being made although at snail's pace. Perhaps I could try running the next 28 days at 60mg providing I don't feel any side effects (which I'm sure I won't). Will keep you posted.

This 30mg bro-bs has been floating around based on a linear effectiveness fallacy and comparing it to nolvadex, and made up numbers about bone de-mineralization: probably by the same guy who made up specific numbers regarding different compounds and collagen synthesis that gets quoted as fact all the time. Ralo is clinically effective at 60mg- run 120mg to get levels up/ get things under control, then 60mg for the remainder until tapering off over a week or so.
I'd love to see the rational for lower doses being effective for the purpose we are discussing in men, especially when we constantly see people complaining that it doesn't work or isn't as effective as tamo... and they're taking 30mg qd.

Dude, forget about blogs and forums. Look at the real clinical studies(NCBI). Tests weee run at 60mg. Why would you waste your money and time like that?

Update us dude.
Hi RoidyNoob

I'm about 11.5 weeks into the Ralox cycle that I've been running at 60m/day for the last 5 or so weeks. I've noticed a continual minor improvement (although very slowly), in particular on my right side. The gyno on both sides feel more 'squishy' and definitely less/no pain so I'm hopeful the ralox is working, but I feel like I'm still a few more months off seeing more significant improvements. After 11.5 weeks in, I reckon the left side has reduced about 30% and the right side (which is newer) has reduced around 65%, although as I mentioned it does seem to have become softer and more gristlier.

I'm happy to run this for as long as it takes.. hopefully I continue to see results.

Cheers
