Wassup Boyos i'm currently bulking, sitting at 17-19% bodyfat i'd say and will hop on a cut mid march or maybe earlier.

Thought about some Reta for overall fatloss help paired with 4-6iu of growth to maintain strength and muscle hopefully.
i bet anyone has done this and let me know your opinion, just basic, safe and efficient nothing too much. Maybe adding in some MK to up my ghrelin if reta really hits me that hard.

So no testosterone at all? GH alone isn’t going do anything for you.

Gh is the long game but definitely makes a small difference. Reta helps offset metabolic sides from the Gh and can knock down hunger noise a little but doing a bunch of it seems so much harder than just weighing and measuring your food & using a calorie and macro tracking app on your phone. People that think it’s magic are using it as a replacement for discipline, while it really shines as a thing working quietly in the background.

A trt or mild trt+ cruise dose of test is really the best for retaining muscle in a cut.

Have you used Reta?

Reta with HRT levels of test is all you need. Messing with hardening compounds like tren, mast, winstrol, anavar would be a total waste of time at the starting level of body fat. 4-5 iu of GH is fine but the cherry on top. Reta will do the heavy lifting and something like 150-200 test.

I'm doing 250 Test C or E, Reta 1-3 mg/ 2x/week, and 2-4 iu of GH. It's like dieting is on Easy Mode, honestly. I'm not even eating super clean, but I still bust my ass in the gym and do my cardio work.

Reta keeps my muscles full, I can eat more (even dieting down). If you're Younger, you can get away with MK-677. If you're an older guy (and I say this because this has been proven) I'd stick with GH because of the percentage (production wise) you have lost over time.

It makes no sense to me as a 55 year old guy, who probably lost 30-50% of his natty GH production to use MK. Why, would I already put strain on a system with at least 30% of my natural production lost. I've used MK when I was Younger, and it works.

*edit to add* I take jardiance at night with my GH shot.

I think it’s the GH keeping your muscles full. That’s my only complaint with Reta, and I’ve heard it from a lot of bodybuilders. It’s hard to stay full. It makes sense seeing as how glucagon directly opposes the actions of insulin, the latter of which shoves nutrients into the muscles. Flip side is you can absolutely slam back tons of carbs

Reta is doing that because I didn't add the GH until later. Once insulin issues are settled, it allows me to use more carbs.. It's not hard to stay full, except maybe for competing high level Pro Bodybuilders, during extreme cuts. I know several who use it n a cut and muscle building phases for that same reason.

GH does not do that, it just creates more muscle cells at certain doses.

That’s really not true but I’m not going to argue with you brother. I’m glad it’s working out for you. But for anyone reading this, it’s not factual, other than Reta allowing you to use more carbs. Why? Because you otherwise can’t stay full. So you just proved my point. You need more carbs to stay full on the Reta. Reta absolutely positively does NOT keep you full / make you stay full. It DOES improve your insulin sensitivity so when you slam those extra carbs you get full. But if you didn’t up your carbs you’d be flat. And GH 100% makes you full. These are just facts. The glucagon agonism from Reta directly opposes / antagonizes the most potent anabolic / storage peptide /
Hormone know to man, insulin. It is by its nature catabolic (not to muscle, if you eat and train properly). It is in no way, shape, or form causing glycogen storage, it goes the opposite. All of that being said, for people who have had shit insulin sensitivity for most of their lives (myself included) being on a GLP-1 like Reta DOES make it feel like your carbs are going to the right places for once (they are) but just keep in mind that as you increase the dosage and / or grow your muscle you will need more and more carbs.

Yeah I am finishing a long cut I got from 355lbs down to 270 on TRT and food tracking then put in a small stack to help continue recomping over the last 20lbs. 300T, 80deca, 150 mastP, 6.6iu GH, and reta. After it became the new normal and gains slowed I’m currently going back down to TRT level of test and keeping the GH and reta. Currently at 14-15% fat on the dexa at 248lbs. 213lbs fat free mass, 6’ 3” and solid with only a few problem areas of fat holding out and looking bad due to looser skin not holding the fat in tight.

My reta experience- started at 2mg/week split Tues/Fri. Felt nothing, trusted it was working in the background. Went up to 3 then 4mg/week. Experienced some initial problems getting my normal 10-12oz servings of chicken finished in one sitting but that went away after a week. Being on a higher cruise of GH I am interested in the reta’s insulin sensitivity and metabolic benefits that offset the GH’s tendency toward pre diabetic side effects.

I am constantly confused by people that view the GLPs as magic weight loss compounds. Yes it’s nice to take the edge off of the times when I’m done my daily caloric intake, already hit my macro goals, and could easily stand in front of the fridge/pantry looking for calorie dense crap instead of drinking water/tea and going to bed. But no it’s not magic, not a replacement for discipline or calorie counting, and if used without weight training to manage weight through high doses and lack of hunger it’s guaranteed to leave you looking like a melted candle.

What is your experience? Genuinely curious to hear an opposing viewpoint- we all have different effects and sides from the same compounds.
