So for the past 2 months I've been drinking two shakes a day along with my meals each containing 6 or 8 eggs. Suddenly last month my hair began to shed and my hair line started residing. I need hair and have kept my mpb at bay with Rogaine and nizoral 2%. It has looked the same for about a year with no progress and suddenly last month shit got bad. During a visit with my doctor yesterday he informed me that a protein found in raw eggs avidin binds to biotin (a type of b vitamin) and renders it unusable. He claims the raw eggs i was ingesting were causing biotin deficiecy and making my hair receed. I looked online and it looks like he may have been right. Crazy shit.
