Should I run extra lab grade MCT oil at the end of it to avoid losing some of the compound? Meaning to flush out the test still left in filters?

You are right - there is an ongoing supply disruption caused by the Chinese government clamping down in the chemicals industry to placate American concerns around fentanyl and opiods - impact on PEDs is just collateral rather than intentional.
The guy you are also quoting is also right - there's a huge market for PEDs and a market will always be satisfied. Someone will fill that gap between in time. Although I agree in your assertion around prices not going to be as low, atleast for the immediate future.
