Do you have a BP monitor and is your BP consistently 120/80 or less when not training? I would retest again in a month or so to be sure. Gotta keep that filter clean brotherB

Any orals?
AST of 44 is no big deal. A short course of ibuprofen could cause a similar elevation. It'd have to be double that or more to start to be a concern.
HCT is the percentage of red blood cells. >50% is "high" but not concerning. Something expected on gear. If it goes much higher, there could be issues with blood pressure and such, in which case a donation might be in order.
FSH and LH are the two hormones that stop being produced once someone goes on exogenous testosterone. That means you are "shut down". It's common.
Cystatin C and eGFR values show impaired kidney function. Definitely something to look into. Nothing you're presently on would readily cause that. How's blood pressure.

if you only use Testosterone at 200mg you probably have a genetic predisposition to have kidney problemsNo
Bp 130/70 sometimes 125/70 really never high at most 143/50 or something
I actually have an echocardiogram scheduledif you only use Testosterone at 200mg you probably have a genetic predisposition to have kidney problems
cystatin is a value that does not lie, if it is out of range there are very likely kidney problems already in progress
EGFR is low, you could already be in kidney failure
what I can tell you is to do an abdominal ultrasound as soon as possible and see what they tell you about your internal organs
how are you managing your diet, do you use a lot of salt?
If you don't already, get a BP monitor as @PaintDrinker pointed out. I like using this one. It's about $80.00. It connects to my phone via blue-tooth and automatically syncs up with my health app & logs the info. I also have their weight scale the connect & logs the same. Makes data collection a breezeNo
