Recomp cycle Test, low dose tren, then test & var

I am getting ready for my next cycle. My best cycle as far as effectiveness has been test and var with a clean diet that was only a 200 calorie surplus. Lost fat and gained a lot of muscle. Same goal here. Starting weight 243lbs 5’ 9”.

Plan:
Weeks 1-10 500mg Test C, 150mg Tren A (week 1 75mg, week 2 100mg, week 3 150mg). I’ll tweak dose depending on sides.
Weeks 12-20 500mg Test C, 50mg/day anavar

Diet:
3000 calories which is maintenance, depending on mirror will tweak to a bigger deficit as needed. 240g protein, 80g fat, 250-300g carbs. Cardio 5x per week 30 minutes.

Train:
Back/bi, chest/tri, legs quad bias, rest, shoulders, abs/cardio, legs hamstring bias. Train to failure on last set of each exercise.
 
Ok, so I’m 1 week in. I made 2 small adjustments to start out. 1 is my dosing of test, I started at 300mg and I may stay at 300-350 for the cut since once I get to 500 or above I start to hold water. I took 120mg (40x3) week 1 with no sides, week 2 I’m going to up it to 50x4 and monitor sides and feeling. For diet I’m currently eating 2300 calories to really focus on that fat loss, this has been what I eat on cuts. Going to see how that goes and then perhaps up the calories closer to maintenance later in the cycle.

Started at 244lbs and in week 1 down to 241.6. 2300 calories, 225g protein, 65g fat, about 160g carbs.
 
Almost at 2 weeks in. Current dosages are 250 test c and 200 tren a per week. At these dosages I feel freaking amazing. I have more energy, in a great mood, great gym sessions, strength kicked up this week, body feels amazing. It feels a lot better than when I am on wet compounds. Diet is on point with calories at or under 2400 calories and about 220g protein daily and carbs 150-200.

Only side I’ve had is at night instead of feeling tired enough to fall asleep at 11 I don’t feel that way until 12-1. But actual sleep quality is almost as good as usual and I sweat sometimes but just enough for my shirt collar to be a little damp.

I’ll get bloods in a few weeks to see where I’m at but if it looks tolerable I will really think about adding tren to my next bulk. With a clean diet surplus and Test/tren/var I would imagine a great bulk with minimal fat gain maybe even slight loss and good dry mass. I’d change my diet though to be more carb heavy 400g+ for more muscle fullness.
