HCG will be your recovery mainstay
Start with 250 IU per week (split the dosage as much as you can over the week) for a couple months
Get Testosterone and estradiol bloodwork
If they're still low, you can increase HCG dosage by another 250 IU
bloodwork and repeat.

At some point your estradiol may begin to rise while T is still low normal. Time for some AI and keep on doing HCG.
