Refrigerate lipoc Fat blaster 526. Now solids are floating

So, I put a vial of fat blaster in the fridge and now it has solids swimming in it. I put it in a warm cup of water and now it is clear again. Am I good to use it still?

I guess no one has made the mistake of putting it in the fridge?
