Rektest - Death is available log

Hey, this outline seems like it may be a great improvement for your potential daily nutrition & meal planning. At least with trying out the more regular eating times and increased volume. Glad you are taking care in this way.

What tools or methods do you use for checking & tracking your bg?
I have a little notebook I track certain stuff in.
I plan to grab just a BG monitor from walmart, my sister has been type 1 diabetes since early childhood so I have some knowledge on checking BG, the insulin and what signs to watch for, etc
Hers is all digital now, no more finger pricks, but thats what Ill be using the old tried and true.

Right on. Yeah you know how it goes then. Having family around, or caretaking, for T1DB makes for a very helpful and relatable example on the whole testing process... Between equipment and steps and everything needed.

(Guess that means you are familiar with the Insulin incorporation as well, saw that in your list.)

It's wild how much nutrition may acutely affect the whole direction and momentum of one's body/mind balance with respect to """blood sugar levels""".

Being able to accurately track and associate how the body/mind feels, as needed, along with every next meal or addition to the diet, seems like it will be extremely rewarding.

Curious to know what you get from Walmart! I think strips have to be the only downside or hurdle for deciding on a BGM.... But sometimes starter kits that come with free strips, also sell the strips alone at Walmart or other easy options like Rite Aid, Walgreens etc. Hope you find a good deal!

To control estrogen. Test just to keep body functions doing their stuff, and you let the big dogs (ment/NPP) do the heavy work.

Yo Rek I understand lower test so to reduce aromatization. But MENT converts even stronger than test is what I think a few folks were getting at.

Add in that high E2 usually increases side effects from elevated prolactin and there’s my number one potential issue due to the MENT + NPP pairing.

If I were you I would have caber and letrozole on hand. I would consider subbing out NPP for primo or EQ due to their e2 lowering properties for a ton of users.

Just some considerations before you embark on your journey.

Whatever you decide, I’ll be curious to see your mutation. Just listen to your body and mind and try not to ignore any warning signs.

Good luck!
