Think its time I lock back in.. been slacking very bad since before Christmas in regards to diet and training.
I am undecided on if I either want to finish cutting or start bulking, so while I decide Ill dial in training.

Today marks 4 days short of a month of being off Tren.
Working out is definitely a different experience, I dont think of death 24/7 or have the bad mental in the gym, I would finish reps and just want to kill people.

I am in a better head space, mentally. Nothing back then was healthy.
Never again will I touch it.

Thinking of adding anavar just to play around with a pump.

Lipids, health wise, I feel fantastic right now compared to a month ago, when I felt taxed daily.

You’re pretty lean now. And you’ve been dieting for like a year? I think you’d benefit more from a nice long lean bulk rather than continuing to cut.

Technically I know how, but when I increase food I go nuts…. 2 shakes a day over Christmas for instance……lol

Just don’t go full retard with the food. Eat whole foods and keep blasting anabolics. Probably be able to control your fat gain pretty well.

Gotta ask Paintdrinker about how to rebound. He will set your down the right path.

Grab a diet from Mac11Wildcat's thread and just copy it and use it. Adjust the macros slightly once or twice a month to get the progress and look you want.

There. Now you know how.

The question is whether you will. They are two very different questions.

what does dirty bulk even mean? that i will be eaating as much as possible, even shitty procceses foods? junk food?
 
I'd stay away from junk foods as they have little value even though they pack cals.

I don't think he would just go from eating next to nothing to just/mostly that, tbh.
By still calling himself a fat fuck, a couple of messages ago, that should give you an indication of the mentality, probably...

Sorry for dumb question but im not rlly familiar with it as i dont eat shitty foods. Tried that years ago, got fat, didnt like it...

At least you got powerlifter fat which is being strong but fat. Dirty bulk is basically eating large amounts of food even sweets...

Thats what i call fat mentality, very hard to beat. I had/have tough time with it also, self hatred for being fat slob. Idk how many vuys been fat and then did something with it but that mental barrier, seing himself/myself as "not fat anymore" is harder than loosing weight sometimes...
