Grab a diet from Mac11Wildcat's thread and just copy it and use it. Adjust the macros slightly once or twice a month to get the progress and look you want.

Thats what i call fat mentality, very hard to beat. I had/have tough time with it also, self hatred for being fat slob. Idk how many vuys been fat and then did something with it but that mental barrier, seing himself/myself as "not fat anymore" is harder than loosing weight sometimes...I don't think he would just go from eating next to nothing to just/mostly that, tbh.
