Requesting some female perspectives

There's a thread in the other forums (paraphrased) "Do you lie to your wife/GF about gear?"

So now I am curious, do you ladies lie to your Significant Other about gear, or are you open about it, and why?

My personal belief (this is just me, not a judgement on anyone else) is that if I can't be completely truthful with the woman I am with, I am with the wrong woman, or doing something I should not be doing. I think it's an easier life not having to lie, then lie about the lie, etc etc

I was nervous to tell my husband that I was interested in running gear. Surprisingly, he didn't care what I did as long as I was being smart about it.

Depends. If your husband is on the gain train too he probably would love to on there with you.
If he is not It's the same thing with gf I believe. Some people are just so brainwashed about this stuff by the media and such.
But slowly approach him.about it. Do your research so you know what your talking about and can confidently answer his questions.

Im sure there are plenty of men out there who dont tell their partner that their on gear... Im married to a man who hasnt a clue im taking steroids... The simple truth is a didnt tell him cos if im in bad form it will be his excuse to say 'its the gear'... If i refuse to go for a drink, 'its the gear'.. He used to go to the gym and did a course of steriods, i actually had to pin him cos he was too chicken but he got big, looked great, came off gear and deflated like a ballon, left the gym and drinks and smokes weed now so he is a bit of an anti-gym goer now so i tink its best not to tell him... Maybe i am with the wrong man!! Lol

My boyfriend knows i am on var and clen, sometimes he gets me my supplements wrapped as a gift lol, i know he is on trenbolone and test. He research the dosage with me and he is very understanding.
I guess being honest is the best option.

hmm that's a good point about guys saying "oh it must be the gear" if you have a bad day and thus are in a shitty mood... but is that any different from the BS thing guys throw out all the time: "oh she must be on the rag" - Dudes want to blame their partner's irritability on everything when usually it's because they're acting like an ass LOL

This, all of this.
When my husband first met me I was finished competing, but still stayed in shape, he knew I cycled back in the day but I've yet to tell him I started up again, just so I don't have to get a rasher of shit for it if we're having an argument of any kind.

I don't need a stack to be a bitch, I can do that all on my own, thankyouverymuch :).

Thank you for the replies, ladies! It's interesting to see if from the other side, and oddly enough it's pretty much the same as the male end LOL

I tucked my penis in between my legs to write this post, so I hope it counts as a female's opinion.

If you cannot tell your significant other everything, you're with the wrong person. Period. Withholding the truth is as bad as lying, and I just can't find it in myself to do this to my girl, nor should anyone to someone they say they love.

i agree that we should always be open and honest in a relationship.. And i will be, just when iv finished my cycle and i look fucking great, so he wont be able to give out to me cos he will be so distracted by my gains !!! I hoping it works this way!! Lol....

Not a female post either but I can relate to "it's the gear". I have mood and other related issues due to combat experience and when I'm in a shitty mood or don't sleep well (which I usually don't) I get told "you need to get off that shit". It obviously isn't the reason and I feel I have been in a better mood more often while running test this cycle. She uses as a go to for almost everything now lol
