Reta first time use for cut (+GH, Clen)

Hi,

I‘ve started taking Reta for the first time for my cut.

How long does it take to kick in?
How many times per week at which mg would you start?

I will combine it with 5IUs of HGH and start with 40mcg Clen Daily.

I‘m 105kg about 15-16% bf. My plan is to cut down to 7-8%. How long would you say would I need if I want to make it as fast as possible?

Since you say you already started what dosage are you starting with?

I started at 1mg once a week and would titrate up 0.5mg every couple weeks if I feel I needed more. I felt the effects right away but everyone is different, some get great results quick on low doses and others need to titrate up pretty far to get anything. Whatever you do don't rush into higher doses right away it needs to be gradual.

I’m not a big fan of that combo to be honest. Reta and HGH already tend to raise heart rate for a lot of people, and adding clen on top of that is just stacking more stress on your heart. You can do it, sure, but think long term. The whole beauty of Reta is that you usually don’t need clen or similar stimulants.

For Reta, I’d start at 1-2mg once per week. Give it 3 to 4 weeks before increasing by 1 to 2mg if needed. GLP drugs have a cumulative effect, but you should feel something fairly quickly. With tirz, for example, my appetite dropped within a couple of days. Everyone responds differently though, so no guarantees.

As for timeline, going from 15 to 16% down to 7 to 8% is aggressive. That’s a serious cut. Diet and cardio will still do most of the work. Reta just makes compliance easier. How fast you get there depends on how hard you push the deficit and how well you hold muscle.

If you really want to move fast, something like a short Rapid Fat Loss style phase could accelerate things, especially since Reta helps control hunger. But that’s very aggressive and not something you can run forever. It’s a tool, not a lifestyle.

Personally, I’d focus on a steady deficit, keep performance high, and let Reta do what it’s good at which is appetite control. The leaner you get, the harder it becomes, no matter what you’re taking.

I started at .5mg and it suppressed my appetite by the next day. Ran that dose forn4 weeks. Then I moved to a split dose.. 5mg Monday and Thursday. Friday after my 2nd .5mg pin i ended up with diarrhea every hour fkr 4 days, couldn't leave the house.

So id say, for me anyway, it began working immediately and was in full effect in 5 weeks lol

From what ive read about others it varies wildly.
