Looking to start retatrutide a source I’m looking to buy from had 10,15 and 20mg. But his 10mg came in at 97 percent purity while his 15 and 20 came in at 99

My question if i start at 2mg a week will the 15mg last once reconstituted for 8 weeks ish ?

I've been reading your posts on the GLP-1 thread and really appreciate how much effort you've put into educating users!

In keeping with that theme, I wanted to find the optimal dilution for Reta to reduce the immunogenicity concerns.

Do you know the source for this information? I trust that what you say is accurate, I would just like to read the paper with that information. I was trying to find the source on Google Scholar and couldn't. Even just pointing me in the general direction would be immensely helpful :)

If you could be more specific with the question I'll be happy to answer in depth.

Are you asking about the relevance of dilution to immunogenicity, or the dilution rate of retatutride?

My bad, I wasn't being clear, the dilution rate of Retatutride.

I know mentioned in other threads the dilution of other GLP-1 drugs as the following, and I assumed you got it from the official dosing guidelines:

No less than .5ml for Tirz up to 10mg, .75ml for 12.5mg and 15mg.
For Sema it's .5ml for doses up to 2.4mg. So a 10mg vial should be diluted with at least 2ml.
I believe for reta there is no official dosing yet since it's still under development, so I was wondering where you got the previous .5ml recommendation

For those that tried retatrutide, at what dose did you start to notice a decrease in appetite?

I started with 0.5 mg week 1, then 1 mg week 2, then 1.5 mg week 3. So far, I haven't noticed anything. So, I'm wondering if my dose is too low or if maybe my retatrutide is fake (I purchased from skye peptides, if anyone has experience with them).

Clinical trials start at 2mg and pretty common for people to say it takes a month to build up.

Reta does not give you that stuffed full feeling, for most people. You will get hungry and you will want to eat, it will just turn off suddenly. You could be mid bite and say, yea that is enough.

Skye is legit.

I've been doing 500mcg a day for a few weeks now. Started at 200mcg a day.

It takes some time to build up. Maybe a week or two at 500mcg daily did I notice the "food noise" had turned off. I am still hungry though. Just not obsessed with food like usual.

Has anyone figured out if anything helps with allodynia (sensitive skin) thingy? I've at the same dose for awhile now and it hasn't changed at all. I don't think its an allergy reaction, I pin subq and have never seen a localized reaction ever.

14% hair loss is kind of high too.. Anyone experiencing hair loss?

Rash+Itch+Hives = ~51%
Hairloss = ~14%
Excessive sweating = ~11%

There were 80,482 adverse events reported at the time of data collection, of which 4,896 (6.08%) were dermatologic. Liraglutide was the most reported culprit (45.85%), followed by semaglutide (40.18%) and tirzepatide (14.22%). There was an 186% increase in reported dermatologic events from 2022 to 2023, mirroring the time of widespread commercial availability. The majority of reported adverse events were consumer-reported (60.33% of reported events) from women (65.01%) within the United States (88.44%). Among the cohort, the top reported reactions were "rash" (21.79%), "pruritus" (17.95%), "alopecia" (13.97%), "urticaria" (11.09%), and "hyperhidrosis" (10.76%). Each GLP-1 agonist experienced the same top 5 reactions in different combinations (Table 1) demonstrating the difference of proportion analysis for each reaction by medication.

Hair loss is from vitamin nutrient deficiency of ppl going in glp1 and eating like shit.

Try a good quality zinc supplement and see if that improves things for you. Let me know how that goes for you.

I was noticing results on week 3 of 2.5 mg. I also started out with 2.5mg

I started at 2mg a week, up to 4mg a week split into 2 injections a week. I still have my appetite, I just feel satiated and eat smaller portions now. Still able to hit my protein goal with no issues daily, which was one of my concerns when starting it.
