Rich piana 30 lbs of muscle in 3 months.

I really wish I had time to make a log I just don't I will keep updating this thread with my gains as much as I can. Started @ 6'2 215. I started pinning sustanon 300 half a cc sunday Tues friday. I've been sick and am still sick however. One hour into my workout today I turned into a raging beast and was tearing shoulders apart 40lb side laterals with 12 15 reps etc. I think the sustanon is hitting which was nice. Turned into a 2hr workout I did even more than Rich has on his video and am currently eating 5 soild meals a day 3 shakes bcaa twice a day. The nightime Workouts are pure hell and I seriously consider blowing my brains out twords the last 100 reps with 8lbs. Fyi my shoulder are one of my. Biggest features and this is very hard I can't do 10s yet 15s I can do 50 reps but 100 is fucking ridiculous. It might be all in my head but I feel bigger already I will hit scale once a week to check weight so Monday.

But he doesn't use sustanon, does he? are you following his cycle too??

Fuck no I'm doing my own cycle I can't afford hgh and don't want to drop dead in the next 5 years. Can't afford serostim I could do generics but I herd its not worth a damn. I will be using progressively larger and larger amounts of aas as he suggests however I will not go above 900 a week of any compound. @CdnGuy I just saw your new avi and laughed so hard I got chicken, rice and habenero sauce up nose, painful but funny.

Totally understandable. I want to find someone who is doing it 100%, including the cycle!

Probably a $5000 cycle, too rich for my blood. I'm still laughing at cdnguy avi lol cause I always see these gay crossfitters running around downtown with logs and shit jumping around like idiots.

There is a Crossfit gym next to my gym. They are always running in the parking lot, I can't tell you how often I debate hitting them :)
 
Can't comment on the exercises - but Rich Plana is starting to look more and more like an overgrown relative of Mickey Rourke's, which is not a good thing.
 
Just an update I weighed in at 220.8lbs today from 215 now I'm not claiming its all muscle. I'm overall bigger. I've been running pharmacom mix 5 for a week now and the urge too fuck every girl with a tight butt in spandex and rip off any other males in the vincenity is back : )Left wrist is pretty rough so I ordered some wrist straps I'm focusing on mind muscle connection high rep range for the most part and am getting an insane pump. Night workouts I can't take shoulders anymore from.pain some I'm doing arms eod. Overall happy with progress, going to up tbol to 40 a day next week 50 etc. Added 5th meal 60 carbs 60 protein a meal I'm blowing up like a balloon. Probably need to up the cardio.
