Please explain how external situations, stress, modern life isn't at the root of much of these suicides.
 
Fellas, suicide is tragic and leaves people grasping for reason.

I am certain this act has been carried out by people on both ends of the spectrum.

Everyone’s battle is different and seldom understood by outsiders.

love and compassion must prevail.

He always seemed happy af, still hard to believe, and he has two beautiful kids, so I can only imagine the battle was beyond hard, no one leaves their kids g behind without being at unimaginable lows. He seemed like such a great human

I had the same issue with nan, had to screw with the test to nan ratio, ended up the whole 2 test:1 nan is bs, 1:1 fixed the insane emotional issues. Luke apparently battled this even before bb tho, my heart aches thinking how low he had to of been to believe this was for the better. Guy fuckin got me into bb when he started with gaspari, seemed like a stand up human. Ppl, ask for help, talk through stuff, you are not weak for wanting help. Rip juggernaut

I know the states has reported something like 1000% increase in cals to hotlines, ppl aren’t meant to be alone for long periods of time, it is horrible for people, especially if they already have mental health issues, Ben said he battled with it before bb, which is terrible that this was finally the breaking point for him, whatever it was, having two kids and still feeling that way, I can’t imagine being at that dark of a spot, I hope he’s at piece now
 
Really sad news was in total shock when I saw it on youtube today as I'd been chatting to him on IG just last week. His forum Brutalmuscleonline vanished earlier this year I'd been meaning to ask him why in hindsight glad I didn't.

What i dont get most is how a man, father and husband willingly and selfishly decide to QUIT on his family and the ones depending on him. Thats a whole chain of the most important people in your life that depend on YOU for survival. Thats an asinine decision to make. These are the people w/o question that deserve the best from you and that you should, could and would lay down your life for at a moments notice if it ever came to that. I cannot comprehend purposely fucking them. Cuz thats what it is.

Do you think people commiting suicide "choose" to do so ?

Another way to put it would be; do you think people that are in a suicide crisis have the free will to make educated choices ?

Can’t comprehend it because you’re physically not in a state to. Suicide shouldn’t be comprehended by the vast majority of the population because it requires, for the most part, a severe chemical and/or structural issue in the brain.

So so sad.... He was definitely coming into league of his own. Was going to be dominate force for years to come. You never know what people are dealing with internally. Stay at home orders are not helping the situations...
 
Fouads latest podcast has James and Ben on it and they’re sharing memories and talking about the situation. Definitely hit home.
