Ok did big Ron ever dabble into PL??

I have heard many rumors that he started his strength training in PL.

If he did, did he ever compete??

Any help here is greatly apreciated.

Yes, he was a PL (powerlifter). He didnt just "dabble," he actually trained as a PL for a long time. Hell, if you saw his DVD, he still trains as a powerlifter (he is a freak).

As far as competing, I know he did, but I dont know at what level. If you research the net a little, you can find his max lifts during competition.
