Re: Coleman doing 2300lbs!!!! BEAST!!!

As you can now clearly see that partial legpress does not build quality muscle :)

As you can now clearly see, because of his distended belly and massive legs, that is actually a FULL ROM legpress for Ronnie....hahha

Re: Coleman doing 2300lbs!!!! BEAST!!!

2300.... well I got to thinking about some numbers, and don't think it is that impressive. Let me explain:

we'll assume he weighs 310lbs which means he is using 7.41 times his body weight

my roommate in college weighed 280 and did 2100 which is 7.5 times

I, when I feel like a change do 1600 which is 7.11 times body weight

Now let's let that sink in. You have a guy that uses more stuff in one month than most casual users will in a year (if not more). I don't think it's very impressive, nor do I understand where all this "let's suck ronnie's cock he's so strong" shit comes from.

If Grizzly or AM were to post on this about their LP (on the rare occassions they do them) I'm sure the ration would be even higher than any posted here so far.

Re: Coleman doing 2300lbs!!!! BEAST!!!

getswoll is dead on. Im sure if you were able to do the physics of a leg press, then the weight of an equivilent squat would probably only be 600-700. Not really that impressive at all.

Re: Coleman doing 2300lbs!!!! BEAST!!!

I have that DVD, and if I recall correctly, he squats 800 lbs before he heads over to the leg press machine. That video is motivational seeing the poundage that he trains with, but a little on the boring side, he doesn't talk much at all. All it shows him doing is eating at the Black-eyed pea twice a day, Outback Steakhouse at night and training in the gym.

Re: Coleman doing 2300lbs!!!! BEAST!!!

fuck with knee wraps and doing nothing but training eating sleeping and doing all sorts of AS,and what ever out there i could easily work my way up to that!!!!!!!!

Re: Coleman doing 2300lbs!!!! BEAST!!!

My 2 cents....who the hell cares. Yes it's alot of weight no matter how you look at it and I'll never even come close to it but my vocabulary consists of 1 or 2 more words other than " yeah buddy"

C'mon Roadkill, get your information straight. He actually has up to four words in his vocabulary. Did you forget about the other two words, "Light weight"? lol! :D

He did begin as a powerlifter and I believe he can deadlift over 800lbs, so his squat is certainly higher than that. All in all, the guy is certainly strong. I don't begrudge him a thing.

And listen up Getswoll, you lightweight ;), the pounds lifted relative to bodyweight thing alwasy favors a lighter lifter. That's the reason why the heavyweights like totals and the lighter guys like the lb/bw method.

With that said, he sure does use an awful lot of gear to have 170lbs olympic lifters outsquat him with a front squat. LOL

Yeah yeah yeah... so I only weigh 225, if I didn't have to go to PT in the morning though it would be higher that is for damn sure. Regardless y'all get the point. And by the way, not all of us are gifted with your hips Grizzly... lol :)

Have you heard him speak before? If not, there is a reason why he doesnt talk in the video.
