I posted this podcast a few days ago in the bodybuilding section
Your mother have me the same look last night, she likes the big dong....go figure
I'm a little bitch that gets my feelings hurt very easy because I have the testosterone level of a 13 year old girl and the e2 levels of a 6 month pregnant female
AgreedSeriously, you fucked my ass because someone else posted the same thing you did.
Imagine that. I mean someone else made that video for their YT channel and yet you posted it up. Think the original YT channel got my ass hurt when you posted it here.
Im a Fucking retard.
Agreed
He said .3% bf as in 3/10ths of a percent body fat, which is physically impossible if I'm not mistaken. He's so funny at times, unintentionally
His voice, his mannerisms and how he speaks, in particular when he's saying his body fat "I was at 3 percent, 2 percent, I was at -2 actually, negative body fat percentage"
He can't possibly be being serious with such comments but he's keeping a straight face through it all.
ALL humans NEED some body fat "stores" as the brain, nerves, adrenal, sex hormones and cells etc require fat in one form or another for proper functioning.
And while it may be possible to achieve fat stores (adipose tissue) of less than 2% the benefit, if any , are not demonstrable physiologically
Mr Strebal's BF was reportedly confirmed by a DEXA scan at 2.4%, it's important to know even though DEXA scan has a margin of error of 1-2%, it remains the most accurate means of estimating total BF.
And while RC TBF was obviously low he fails to mention the methodology used to determine TBF .
Judge for yourself

To be fair, that Ronnie pic looks like it's from an off season guest appearance, but still, his sub 1% body fat claim was a little silly.
