rotator cuff soreness

I messed up my right shoulderusing too much weight too fast my first cycle 9 years ago. Now whenever I go up on weight even if its 5 lb increase per dumbbell on arnolds or military press it gets sore and feels like a warm not lubricated joint. No real grinding just painful. I try front raises to strengthen it however I had to cut my presses short today and go to lateral raises n shrugs. Any ideas?

Arnolds I use 4x 10 45-50 lbs warm up w 30 lb one set

Dumbbell shoulder presses 75 lb 4x10 warm up w 35s

I never do both in one day. Its one or the other.

My shoulder is hurting again..
I just did 200mg NPP
and I expect it to be better within a week.. Actually less than a week..

NPP is Short Nandrolone ..
Deca did help my knee, but it didn't help as good, as NPP..

NPP killed all the pain, in 4 days.. 400mg in that 4 days.. The most 400mg
but much less for weeks after, for the pain to stay away..
300mg/week should be plenty, but my NPP is good

I have deca on hand is why im askin. I was waiting 5 more weeks if i order npp itll be two weeks at leasr before i receive it. By that time deca ester would already kick in. I do understand what you're saying about npp being short tho.

Deca helped my shoulders years ago, which is why I incorporated in to my current cycle. It will likely take 6 weeks or around that to start helping.

I cant do any sort of rotating under resistance. I also have to put leg day in between push and pull days. If something hurts or doesn't feel right I don't do it. I'm not instinctive or evolved enough to just perform exercises correctly every time no matter how long or how adept I am at them. I have to think about where my shoulders are at on every upper body movement, every time. I mentioned this in another thread yesterday, I am capable of a shoulder injury just putting on a hooded sweat shirt.

Do you do any specific rotator cuff work and/or warming up? Personally, whenever my rotaters start giving me trouble I religiously start doing the shoulder dislocations recommended by Dante Trudel and the problem goes away assuming my form and everything is ok.

I do a lot of warming up, rotator cuff work as well, but I'm interested in the last thing you mentioned, dogg crapp shoulder protection?

Many thanks, the more I read from him the more impressed I am everytime. Have you ever tried DC training?
Im hoping this stretch and the deca kicking in full force in about 3 more weeks will ease the discomfort.

Yes, I tried DC training by the books years ago, and the gains were such that I base all of my current programming on similar principles and methods. His training methods will especially work well for legs, the widowmaker sets are the most brutally effective thing I have ever done.

I'm about to brew myself some NPP. i was thinking about putting it in my next cycle as my joints are ffff'ddd. my cycle is a long ester (test E) and is goin to be 12 to 14 weeks.

after finishing the NPP are my joints goin to return back to how they was?? also how would u incorporate the NPP into the cycle? first 8 weeks or last or whole way thru?? I've read some ppl who run NPP (for joint purposes) have only injected twice a week. is this a viable option?

sorry to single u out mate
