Sorry about the cutoff post above!

It's possible there's no such thing as estrogen rebound. Some doctors say it's LH rebound.
I know I don't usually post here and this is an old thread. I do read through a lot of old stuff. Just posting this because it could help a bro out. I got shut down bad when I first took the plunge. I had a very hard time tolerating nolva. After about 5-7 days it's almost as bad as prami for me. (I have access to real American prescribed nolva, so I know it is the real thing). I found that this PCT protocol worked for me. I got all my values back to safe healthy levels and made a lot of gains just through rest, diet and heavy weights. I was literally shut down almost a year. I did one week standard Nolva protocol at 40, because that's all I could stand. Then clomid at 150 for a few days about 3. Until it was just too much (meaning it was PMS plus my balls just can't hold any more sperm and were overly sensitive). Then down to 50/50/20/20.
Now for the Letro. I read that it boosts LH, as stated in one of the articles above. That's also what clomid does. So after the clomid is done, I would use letro whenever I had an estro flare puffy nips, itchy nips, fat around love handle area, pimples (which I get from estrogen) anything estrogen related. I would do between .625mg and 1.25mg, every now and then, but as much as 2.5mg a day. Yes, at one point I thought it was bunk, but my estrogen was really that high. If you do 1.25 and notice no additional joint cracking it's either bunk or elephant seal female estrogen levels. Once your joints start cracking lay off the letro.
If it makes everything below the belt bigger, it's increased LH and your boys are responding to it. Then keep training. If you see more rebound estrogen effects, do another small dose of letro try to space out each dose of letro further and further apart.
Then, once you start noticing quick estrogen rebounds from the letro -- as I believe it works -- your making too much test immediately from the LH that the letro releases.
At that point a month, two months, maybe three months later--whenever the letro starts to seem like it is causing estrogen--stop using it.
At that point. Based on more research, I switched to Adex. I used small doses. From .50mg down to around .10mg to clear up any remaining estrogen. After a week or two, maybe three -- you could be recovered.
I'm just posting this protocol because it worked for me and it might help someone else out. Letro is dangerous. Not just because it kills estrogen, but IMO, because it boosts LH.
I completely recovered myself this way. With all healthy levels even years afterwards. I'm not a young guy, so if it worked for me it might for someone else.
If the nolva/clomid kick start doesn't work, try it again 6-12 months later. Eventually, it might.
I will just add this if anyone is still reading this. It's dangerous shit. If you ask me, it's a year minimum to recover. If you are under 30, you don't need it. Guys in their teens and 20's never realize that if there not gaining they aren't eating and sleeping. If they cut the partying and eat 3xmore they'll gain. I got gains that were about 3x more as an older guy than in my 20's. The only difference is eating a lot and resting a lot--plus no drinking and no smoking.
I hope this could help someone learn from my mistakes. AI's are dangerous. If you crash the E it kills the T. If that happens, it could require months of PCT.
Be safe out there. Nothing ever works exactly as planned.
