Sad, just look at Meso

All you have to do is look at how many people are where. Be in denial if you want and I'm not speaking for everyone.

There are thousands of members and how many post on a reg in these catigorys? Maybe 5%

I'm not saying its right just that it is.

Believe me, I've been around long enough to know where the majority of meso's traffic comes from. If people like yourself come to this board solely for connecting with a source, then so be it, however, the scope of the board is far greater than merely acting as a marketplace between buyer and seller (of whatever is bought and sold in the classifieds).

The training, nutrition, and AF forums are laden with data that is worth far more to an athlete or bodybuilder than a source's email address in the classifieds....yet people choose to believe that a couple of bottles of T200 and some anadrol will turn them in to Dorian Yates. Like I said earlier, so be it, let them come, but bear in mind that at some point, the T200 wont do it and the anadrol wont put you up more than a few pounds in bodyweight and you reach a singularity.....essentially staring into the mouth of the black hole and not knowing what to do next.....perhaps it is something that is years away for you, perhaps it is something that you are currently struggling with, but when you reach that point in time, know that the training, nutrition, and AF forums are there to assist you in continuing your journey.

LMAO!! So true, so true. But there is no better place for seafood than Boston.

I think there are more el Salvadorians in Boston than there are in Central America.

New bej huh(Emirel fan lol..love that guy) good to hear ya. I happen to agree with you hogg and I spend alot of time in those forums reading and posting. I just think we need to be a little realistic about the goings on. Its an open source enviroment. I post here everyday but rarely in the classifieds.

I want to add that I have learned alot on meso and as has been said before take what you want and leave the rest.

Pats

PS: If you dont root for the pats then who? Bye the way I live in southeastern Ma and I can smell New Bedford from here :D

I used to live in Providence and all I could smell was fresh Italian food. Mmm...so good!

Im 10 minutes from federal hill. Awesome food bad for will power.

I was thinking about the Hill just a few minutes ago. omg, best Italian food on the continent! My fav was always Mediterraneo. Amazing crab cakes and fresh gnochi. Andinos across the street didnt impress me much, or at least didnt live up to the hype.

You ever eat at that chinese place up the street? Cant think of the name. On the east side of the road. Great stuff!

Best pizza...Scicilias (sp?).

Exactly.....NEW-BEIGE.....if you live close enough to smell new bedford, I dont envy you :) actually, new bedford wasnt all that bad but the acushnet river smelled like shit all the time.

I was joking about the pats, I'm not into football so I dont have a favorite team.

are you familiar with Padanaram? My grandfather use to keep his boat on a slip at Tripp's Pier. My fondest memories of my childhood are of fishing with my grandfather off of Cuttyhunk Island and Noman's point.

By the way, I can see that you participate on the board rather than just poaching sources off the classifieds so forgive me if you felt wrapped in my initial metaphorical post about the lemmings. There are however tons of them on this board. Gear can only do so much, it is only a piece of the puzzle, yet soo many believe that gear will take them to valhalla and we know that that is not the case.

People enjoy associating with others who are LIKE them. I can't see how a little BS (not bob) with some encouragement and nutrition advice thrown in could hurt anyone.

Since workout, diet, and AAS aren't really that complicated,i basically come here for the general discussion. I,also, try to answer a few questions, when i can. I figure i,at least, have to put something into the board.

From my standpoint, AAS is definitely the easiest to research and have a clue about. Diet and training are much more difficult. There are so many training plans, diets designed for this or that. Its confusing.

Generic answer to any question in the Anabolic section "use 500mg test, 400mg deca and 50mg dbol. Youll grow like a weed."

abso - fucking - lutely. IMO gear + bad training you can look good, as most gear users who have trained for 5 or more years do. But to get somewhere special, either with gear or just as impressively naturally, training knowledge is far far far harder to attain, after that nutrition, THEN if that is too much for you - as it is for 95% of the gym, gear is the way forward

I think people make training hard for themselves, with all the damn training programs. It's really not that hard. Getting in all the calories and cutting calories is the hardest,i think.

I think if you are an ectomorph that is wholly untrue - your training needs to be 300% more efficient than a mesomorphs. Look at this way, do you think a guy who can squat a 1RM of 4 plates first time could keep up with the training of a Kenyan endurance runner????

THe thing is ectomorphs are attracted to BB as they are skinny.

Considering the plethora of posts in the training section that go something like:

"Help me out, guys. I can't seem to grow that much anymore. I'm 5'11" 205lbs and about 12% bf. Oh yeah, I'm currently on my fifth cylce (1g/wk test E/ 800mg EQ/100mg anadrol/day and the last 6 weeks with 50mg winny/day)

Anyway, my workouts are like this:

Mon- CHEST!

Bench, inlcine, decline, cables, flyes and pullovers all taken 4 sets to failure

Tues- Arms

bb curls, hammer curls, db curls, cable curls, skullcrushers, kickbacks and pressdowns

Weds- Legs

sled, leg extensions, leg curls and either seated or standing calves for 3 sets of 10

Thurs- CHEST!

Repeat monday

Friday- Arms and back

repeat Tuesday and add in seated cable rows, db rows and pulldowns."

I would say that training is not something easy and something that the very, very, very vast majority of people completely FUCK UP!

at least the hypothetical post has legs included......there are those who wonder why they cant break a buck -eighty-five but have never trained legs a day in their lives.

Ok back from the gym. Mediterraneo is awesome but my uncle through marrage owns Lucianos right here on rt 1 and let me tell you its the best I've had along with Caprichios(bad spelling) in Providence. It sucks since I made a choice to eat right and lose B/F(Im 18% trying to get to12%) That I literaly eat almost no fat(gave up Dunkin Donuts coffee) and small amounts of complex carbs. I give Dom 100$ a month lol.

Pizza is my biggest craving and your gonna laugh but I love Papa Ginos thin crust. Its been 3 months since I had a slice and this sunday Im gonna have one.

Check out that particular post in the training forum. It's funny. "Hey guys, how many days a week can I work out and how do I get bigger? I currently only train my upper body, but I run for cardio. Is that alright?" LMFAO

I hear ya. I go once a year 3 months before summer myself. Cuttyhunk is beautifull. I never spent much time there but when I was a pup we had a boat at the Bristol Yacht club(27 footer no yacht) and sailed around Narragansett bay every weekend.

Do you still live in Ma?
