Lucky you.Hogg said:nope, I was transplanted to the west coast a long time ago.
Cappriccio (sp?) is very good. Thats the one thats downstairs near...whats it near?...almost right downtown. A friend of mine took me there. Yum yum!patsfan said:Ok back from the gym. Mediterraneo is awesome but my uncle through marrage owns Lucianos right here on rt 1 and let me tell you its the best I've had along with Caprichios(bad spelling) in Providence. It sucks since I made a choice to eat right and lose B/F(Im 18% trying to get to12%) That I literaly eat almost no fat(gave up Dunkin Donuts coffee) and small amounts of complex carbs. I give Dom 100$ a month lol.
Pizza is my biggest craving and your gonna laugh but I love Papa Ginos thin crust. Its been 3 months since I had a slice and this sunday Im gonna have one.
No I havnt been but Ill be sure to give it a try. Ive only lived out this way for 2 years. I lived right outside boston most of my life except the 2 years I spent in Jersey(Maplewood).Bob Smith said:Cappriccio (sp?) is very good. You ever eat at...shoot, eclectic place over by the water works, right on the river? Good food, but not enough portions.
I heard they are making a movie about buddy yesterday. I dont know whos gonna play him but it should be interesting. Ill check that book out...my library orders me whatever I want. I'm in the middle of a Carl Hiassen now(highly recomended).Bob Smith said:Well, back when you were 8 the mob ran Providence, so no one was gonna bitch about you being served some wine. lol Have you read the biography of Buddy, The Prince of Providence? Pretty good book and an interesting look at how Providence was run.
The next time Jewel and I fly back to her place, Im gonna make it a priority to go over to Prov for dinner. I absolutely love that city.

I'm not following your whole post, but,if your saying that training is more important to a ectomorph than the other body types,i disagree. Getting in enough calories,is what an ectomorph should be worrying about,in terms of size. I don't really want to get into training, because everyone seems to have their own opinions.Ronin_ said:I think if you are an ectomorph that is wholly untrue - your training needs to be 300% more efficient than a mesomorphs. Look at this way, do you think a guy who can squat a 1RM of 4 plates first time could keep up with the training of a Kenyan endurance runner????
THe thing is ectomorphs are attracted to BB as they are skinny.
Why is that? Wouldn't it be the same as when looking at 2 guys weighing 250 but 1 guy is 6' an the other is 5'11" . All else being the same, the 5'11" guy is going to have bigger muscles. no? OK wait i may have said that wrong. OK let's not say Muscle mass, let's say the same measurements..arms,legs,etc. Overall size, mass in generalBob Smith said:Height is irrelevant in that scenario.
MANWHORE said:Suppose someone was 6' tall at 250lbs,how much would someone 5'11" with same BF% need to weight,to have the same muscle mass, considering they both had same body types? Can someone figure that out?

I just picked an inch,so i can figure out other heights and weights. Basically what i am getting at is that 200lbs is not small for everyone. Wasn't Arnold 230 in his prime and wasn't he 6'2"? I believe 190lbs at 5'8" is very good,so long as BF is low enough.Bob Smith said:The difference between these guys is only an inch, so with all else being equal, the 5'11 guy would have bigger muscles, but probably ony by a fraction of an inch.
