Sagnastymuscles off-season log.

It’s officially prep season I am currently 20 weeks out from my next show, may 23 is the show date I have my nose to the grind stone right now busting my ass every day,
Off season ended peak around 220 current weight is 219.2 had a sinus infection last week and lost some weight but immediately rebounded and am looking pretty decent
No change to diet still sitting high in the calories @ 5200 a day with one low day a week @ 2500 cals to promote appetite during my offseason check ins were done today so I’m waiting to see if they’re any changes and will update in that regard.
Gear stayed as follows
300 test/week 400mast/week 400primo/week
2iu Hgh/morning daily, 4iu Hgh/bed daily-total 6iu a day.

Are you still using opti gear?
 
What did your rate of gain end up at? Do you feel like you added significant lean mass/contractile tissue? Any major leaps in lagging body parts?
Started at 194 January 29,2025 ended January 3,2026 220.5 26.5lbs in alittle under a year span maintaining relative to the same body composition if not improved (in my opinion I’m significantly leaner and more muscular attributed to the Hgh)
Significantly improved legs, back and chest more so in the back and legs.
In terms of contractile tissue I think I’ve added quite a bit and will find out for certain when I get stage lean.

Your back is insane what do you do for it?

Congrats man. That’s a lot of consistency and work to get to this point. Did you specialize and bias different training phases towards those body parts? What do you think helped with bringing up the chest and back?
How tall are you? What’s the weight cap and where you think you’ll land when peeled stage lean?

Sitting 5’11” so it’s 209 unless they give me a janky readout and throw me at 5’10( unlikely) which would be 202 my coach thinks that I’ll be down around 20-25lbs to be stage ready so I’m gonna go with that.
As for training bias I’m doing every muscle group 2x a week sort of with a 3day on 1 day off split
Legs are split ham/glute dom vs quad
Chest and shoulders are split to as bias day for one or the other and back gets biased over arms most of what brought my muscle groups up that were lagging was, exercise execution and training optimization.
Focusing on better tempo, improving my form and gradually increasing strength capacity to generate more stimuli with proper form so I can actually target the specific muscles intended.
I have a real big issue involving shoulders in my pressing so that had to be addressed, and with my back I was getting no scapular movement before hand so it was almost like I was doing nothing but moving the weight , legs being the same issue plus the leg training wasn’t intense enough
 
Well cals are gonna be taking a reduction today while actively working tward fat loss moving forward, currently weighing 218.8
Gear stays the same as far as I know I will update the diet log when I get the changes from my coach but for now here is a physique update
