I mean you posted every single email and Wickr message we got with you? I am sure you can change the QR to show whatever you want if you know what you are doing and I am not sure if the OP has that skill to change the QR. I learned this when i was in school and i was a teen, probably half a dozen guys here at least will have edited the text or pic of a website once...thinksteroids.com

Spoofing is a real thing by the way - doesn't matter how secure your BTC setup is. If someone wants to inject their own data onto one of your webpages or whatever happened, they can.

whats the point on having a fuckin screen that shows a name and an address? Blackmailing him? If you dont send me 900$ i ll go to the police? And then another hacker swap the btc code… new post “scammed again for 900$ From blackmailers”
I have been very careful with these as person info may been there and I don’t ever disclose any that I come across.

So according to you how can we prove that someone is a scammer? There is no way we can prove it then.
It would be fucking stupid to erase the info BEFORE the order arrives to the guy, right? If not how we could give him the tracking number, you can call me arrogant, whatever, but if you can’t see how there is a chance this guy is a scammer and we have proved it from our side, yeah it’s amazing for the community to defend a possible scammer against a source that had it’s mistakes but it’s one of the few ones that’s delivering stuff to even Australia for years.
Showcasing that one of the BTC addresses given has no funds does not prove anything - I mentioned that in my first post did I not? The whole thing is based around being redirected to a different order number on the PPL website which had a different BTC address.
You are purposefully missing the point here.
My reply was not about being okay or not with sharing any screenshots.
My reply was to highlight that you have been avoiding my questions and not giving any of the evidence that I have asked for.
Why are you not answering my questions or providing the screenshots that I asked for?

I can't personally give you answers because I just don't know. Like I said, maybe this was a test run, but there's a lot of detail here... and I'm sure there are people that scam all day for just $900. But this just has a feel to it that neither of you are scamming the other, and someone is dicking around on the backend. I believe he only created the account here because he literally had no other recourse.
But for me, I would feel uneasy about this whole thing, and even for my peace of mind, I'd bring in a well-respected third party to audit and certify the entire setup. If you are relying on the same IT that you used before, well, I mean come on.

You are purposely misleading what i said, we saw your account, im not speaking about our backend, im speaking about your customer payment zone, where obviously there is a different QR and code given than the one you posted.
Lets do this you write EVERY SINGLE question you want me to answer, but i will post how the order looked from INSIDE your account and from our backend (since every personal info is erased i can show this without breaking the rules), or are you afraid of me showing this?
To me there’s a lot of questions and not a lot of good answers thus this situation is not an easy one to resolve. I had advised @Gdawg to take this as a lesson learned and to be very careful and to immediately point out issues. Your responsibility as a rep will be to work with your boss and appropriate people to investigate any issues that are brought up in a timely manner. All this could have been avoided if you worked with OP with a better attitude and customer service. Calling someone a scammer without hard and clear evidence is not a good look. From what I have seen and read doesn’t really quite add up as there are more questions than answers as a lot of posters noted.
I do recommend that panda get together with the 3rd party that manages the server that generates the payment address and QR code and hopefully that system can be secured better.

You think that you "proved" something by sending 3 members of your choice this "proof" then you walked then through why it made you correct. You should have never sent personal info to anyone. Top pic: the pic you uploaded, bottom pic an screenshot from the video record from inside your own customer profile, addresses don’t match, QR code doesn’t match, in the video Panda reloaded the website again to show that it wasn’t edited.
Now this is our backend section, every personal info has been erased from your side, i even censored the raws, as you can see on the top left (this is also a screenshot out of a screen record) you can see that it matches with the one that we showed from your customer account
Now the facts:
if we were hacked you are the only account that posted about it out of thousands of orders.
I won’t speak about if you were compromised since you are rejecting that option all the time.
Those are my statements, i erased every personal info so i can upload this, the members can be the judge.
Panda will answer your questions tomorrow since he’s the boss, but from our side everything has been cleared.

The video just shows what is seen from PPL perspective. It doesn’t prove that @Gdawg is scamming. Nothing is settled. And if I got fucked out of $900, I would be pissed. I’m kind of pissed that MESO is sitting on PPL’s side for this. What’s $900 to PPL?

The way this was handled doesn’t prove shit. I’m an absolute retard with computers. Ive looked at porn, I’ve been to sites where windows start popping up everywhere. I need to quickly close out of everything. I’m certain I have malware. I’d bet there’s a ton of guys here the same. So PPL is telling me that I basically order at my own risk. God forbid I have malware on my computer I might be fucked.
@BK2THEFUTURE and @BeefNewton made good points about Panda and Ollie’s customer service tone. Fuck that, who would want 12 pages of abuse.
I’ll look somewhere else for raws.

@Gdawg in the vids i saw, there is your profile login in , and the btc code showed isnt what you posted in your screen.. why? Where does it come from? It doesnt make any sense, you re keeping sayin you clicked on a link whatever… on your account there is another btc address, in the blockchain there is the evidence that no money for that order has been sent to that address..
Its enough… if there is a phantomatic hacker that somehow made you click into a fake site with anothe btc address it will be seen in the near future… because no one would put that effort just to scam 900$ to a random guy..

Editing a screenshot takes 5 min btw, the guy just posted some screen that could have easily been edited… since as stated we saw some vids about his account login in and the story is way different from those screens

No, the video is from OUR perspective and from HIS own perspective, from inside his account.
As i said there are two chances, we got hacked or the guy scammed us, if we got hacked why ONLY one guy posted about it? This has nothing to do with computer science, it’s pure logic, with the last email scam everyone was posting about it, the thread got flooded with screenshots of the emails and the info, this time is just one guy, one.
If more guys start posting about this, OP will probably be right and we will have to swallow our pride, but if only one guy posted about it, and we looked at his own account as showed in the pics + at our back end and everything checks... well, pretty suspicious it was only one guy, just one guy, let’s wait to see how this unfolds.
With the email we literally got flooded on the same day with a ton of messages.
If more people come forward you would have looked much better if you handled this with the dignity and respect that any customer service rep for any business would have extended.
