Scrotum tightness

Does anyone else experience this? Mine is generally @ its worst the day of my testosterone injection. Could high E2 or total estrogens cause this?

Yeah i remember that post. My exaggerated scrotum tightness just returns now and again. So from what I understand this will eventually go away with time. I have only been on TRT for 6 weeks.

6 weeks on TRT is a very short time.

I ahve been TRT for 6 weeks as well. I self inject in the gluteal area per my doctor. A friend told me that he was injected directly into the scrotum. Cant' be, Is aid... Has anyone heard of this? It's an intamuscualr injection so why would scrotum even work? or is my friend full of s----!
