Ive taken my first 250 mg shot of Test E in my right glute
Ill update this log as i go along this beautiful journey to join the elite

I feel fine... no pain whatsoever i can move and sit so far

Gonna hit delts in an hr

did tris yesterday.. nothing super... expected... still no glute soreness... today was my day off... tomorrow will hit legs... my calories are at 2500 to 3000 with 1200 cals from proteins 400 from carbs and rest from fat.. i was on a deficit for six months, so im gradually going up... im trying my best to gain mass without getting too fat

1- 10 Large Egg, Calories: 160, Fat: 0g, Carbs: 0g, Protein: 50g
2- chicken breast skinless 200g = Calories: 216, Fat: 7.2g, Carbs: 0g, Protein: 56g
3- 1 beef Bacon strips = 35cals = 2.5 fat and 3 g protein
4- Tuna pasta salad (2 cans of tuna) = Calories: 467, Fat: 11g, Carbs: 45g, Protein: 78g
4- Subway Steak and cheese sandwich (brown bread -inside emptied) = Calories: 337, Fat: 20g, Carbs: 11g, Protein: 26g
6- 2 Maxsport Protein crossbar = Calories: 370, Fat: 9.2g, Carbs: 11.2g, Protein: 39.4g
7 -2 Think thin protein bars (Cookies and cream) - ,Calories:460, Fat: 14g, Carbs: 50g, Protein: 40g
8- Vanilla chocolate ice cream cake (baskin robbins) my 3 year old sons birthday = 1 serving (117 g), Calories: 270, Fat: 14g, Carbs: 39g, Protein: 4g

cals = 2,315
Protein 296g
Carbs 156g
Fat 78g

and i feel full as it is... might add me a protein bar by end of the night

I don't understand the obsession with excessive protein intake while ignoring high dietary cholesterol. 1.7g/kg protein should be sufficient, and I've read 2.0g/kg used clinically to eliminate dietary protein as a bottleneck to protein synthesis/SkM growth on HGH. Any more starts to come at a cost. And get your dietary cholesterol down to range (<300) for the inevitable hit to your lipid profile.

Yes, that's the hope, but 1.7g/kg/d was already the estimated requirement for zero nitrogen balance for intense bodybuilding, plus 2 standard deviations.

took my 2nd shot of 250mg today and i think i might be going down with test flu
im still eating around the same number of calories the protein range is between 200 and 300... cholesterol barely making it past 200mg

I just feel weak and pain is all over... in the last couple hrs is when it went downwards and i have the heaters on in the car and still feel chills

Guess i have to suck it up

Okay so i ended up training after taking 400g of advil and took a 40 min nap the whole thing subsided but with a clogged nose.

2 warm up sets empty weight

All slow extension reps

Alternative incline dumbell curl
4x12x10x8x8

Preacher curl
Same reps

Barbell curls
Same reps

Concentration curls
Same reps

Hammer curls
4xTill failure

Added forarm workouts till failure

Was an all round great workout
Felt a little sick after but glad i got it done

I went above my cholesterol limit today by little will look to make sure i go below 300 again

Good move getting in a nap a workout then food. Hang in there you will soon feel the gains coming once the test kicks in.
 
Whats the chance my test e could be test prop? First i get the test flu secondly i feel im already gaining size and im in my 2nd injection already

Even tho i authenticated the vial on their website and it was legit

If it's from pharmacom there has been some members who have suspected they were given prop instead of cyp or Enanthate but there is no solid proof to back it up or discredit it.

And the growth is more likely due to placebo, increased protein intake and intensity in the gym.

When I still cycled I always did the same shit the first week or two where I swore I was gaining size quick lol, then it actually kicks in and I lol at myself haha.
