did tris yesterday.. nothing super... expected... still no glute soreness... today was my day off... tomorrow will hit legs... my calories are at 2500 to 3000 with 1200 cals from proteins 400 from carbs and rest from fat.. i was on a deficit for six months, so im gradually going up... im trying my best to gain mass without getting too fat

2- chicken breast skinless 200g = Calories: 216, Fat: 7.2g, Carbs: 0g, Protein: 56g
3- 1 beef Bacon strips = 35cals = 2.5 fat and 3 g protein
4- Tuna pasta salad (2 cans of tuna) = Calories: 467, Fat: 11g, Carbs: 45g, Protein: 78g
4- Subway Steak and cheese sandwich (brown bread -inside emptied) = Calories: 337, Fat: 20g, Carbs: 11g, Protein: 26g
6- 2 Maxsport Protein crossbar = Calories: 370, Fat: 9.2g, Carbs: 11.2g, Protein: 39.4g
7 -2 Think thin protein bars (Cookies and cream) - ,Calories:460, Fat: 14g, Carbs: 50g, Protein: 40g
8- Vanilla chocolate ice cream cake (baskin robbins) my 3 year old sons birthday = 1 serving (117 g), Calories: 270, Fat: 14g, Carbs: 39g, Protein: 4g
