Seeking advice

Hello all,

I'm 45 and been lifting since I was 16. I go to the gym everyday and average about 2 hours per day. I did a few cycles in the past (back when I was around 25) but I had help from my workout partner that was a pro body builder.

So I'm considering starting a new cycle and trying to find the right mix from start to finish. Here's what I'm looking for:

Lean muscle mass (not looking to get huge). In fact my weight is fairly good and I'd rather not put on much more. So I'm looking for a good cycle for cutting, strength gain, libido boost and overall increase in test.

I did a cycle about 8 months ago:
Weeks 1-12 testosterone enanthate 500 mgs week
Weeks 1-18 Aromasin 12.5mg eod (every other day)
Weeks 14-18 clomid at 25Mg day
Weeks 14-18 postcycle/unleashed combo
Weeks 18-22 bridge

But the 500 mgs of enanthate made me bloated and caused very oily skin and even cystic acne.

If anyone with experience can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not the one to answer all your questions...but what I do know is that anyone who answers you will want to know all of your stats...
Ex:
Height
Weight
Bf%
Blood pressure (if you have any issues)
Diet
Supplements

Things of that nature.

I know for my self, sometimes I get mild acne on cycle but not bad. However high doses of test does give me cystic acne. So for me, I really respond well to low dose test and high dose tren ace. My sweet spot so far seems to be 35-45mgs test prop and 100mgs tren acetate everyday. About .25mgs of adex e3d and 1mg of caber a week. The sides are dramatically lowered for me on that cycle. And my sex drive is incredible. Tren dick like a mother fucker (that's a good thing). I like kicking the whole cycle off with 30-50mgs of dbol a day for the first 4-6 weeks.....all this being said, if I where you and wanted to try the low dose test high dose tren cycle, try to start with the test at those numbers but run the tren a little lower at around 75mgs ed for the first 3-4 weeks just to see how you respond to the compound because tren is extremely badass shit. If you respond well to it, the tren will give you very nice, lean and wicked strong gains. It can make some people irritable, but I notice when I run it considerably higher than the test, I don't feel the same aggressive nature that I did when I ran it lower than the test.
All this being said, you must not mind ed injections.....wait and see who else chimes in because some of these guys are very knowledgeable and can really give you great advice. I could go deeper into the logistics of my cycle recommendations, but like I said, these are all my experiences and I don't necessarily think everyone should do it this way....but for me....it works wonders. You may aromoatize very heavily and need to up your ai. Did you get blood work on cycle? That would help for dialing in e2 which cause bloat and oily skin.

But for another cycle I'd think about adding an oral if your liver values are good. Or maybe something like mast. It will help with libido, stack well with test, and if you are cutting and are at a lower bf it will help a lot more than if your at a higher bf. It will give you a nice hardened look. But as above, post some stats so we can better help your cycle. You may find that you actually need to bulk instead of look to cutting depending on bf and weight and height

This should be weeks 1-12. Don't run an AI during pct.

You can run Masteron as well for lean gains. 250mg ew test. 400-500 mg mast ew.

Were you running ugl aromasin or pharma?
 
Test effects everyone different, I get very little if any water retention, even oh higher dose of Test E. What is you diet like? Do you drink beer or alcohol, do you smoke weed? Just a few things that can make major water retention issues. Even a few beers a week can contribute to bloat in some people. Try to clean your diet up and drink plenty of water, try running test P at say 300mg a week with some anavar 30 to 50mg a day.
 
Hey guys, thanks for your help. My diet is good, I don't drink, smoke or eat fast food. Mostly stick to skinless chicken breasts, egg whites, etc. Standard high protein diet.

Really appreciate the advice. I'm looking into possibly running a cycle with masteron, but I'm not very experienced with the length of time and what I should take along with that cycle. I usually take clomid for PCT, but are there any recommendations that I should add to the masteron cycle?

Sorry for being a bit of a noob, I just don't want to screw anything up. My discipline in the gym is solid (as is my diet), just looking to max. my results.

From the stats you posted I would think you're looking to bulk? Just asking because masteron isn't typically used to bulk and a test and npp cycle could really add some quality mass.
 
Actually I don't want to bulk up much. I know that sounds odd when considering a cycle, but for me the goal is a good cycle for cutting, strength gain and libido boost. I don't mind an extra 10 - 15 pounds, but I don't want to increase to much in overall size and weight. Seeking more of a muscular athletic build. I've been over 200 once when doing a cycle of dbol, and while I felt like I could lift a house, I also felt the energy required to carry that extra weight (along with the constant eating to maintain it).
 
I think I go with a masteron cycle for 12 weeks as Paul recommended, then pct with clomid. If there is anything I should add during the 12 weeks please let me know.

I would say go on a Starbucks and crossfit cycle.....then maybe by a volkswagen bug....oh and a nice silky scarf....and a painted wine glass to mix wheat grass non-protein bon-bon shakes in....and I would do fasted cardio to Jane Fonda videos circa 1985 every morning before using a turkey baster to shoot used coffee grinds up my blow hole which will loosen the excrement and semen from ones lower colon....just saying.

I'm just being a sarcastic/ass brother. If u remember correctly, i was the first person to try and help. Do the mast cycle and eat a couple extra meals a day. So u don't LOSE muscle. Good luck in your journey.
 
mast and test E, its totally up you but i think test should be run with every cycle, up your ai to control the sides like the bloat and skin issues. other than that your training and diet will dictate how much you gain. the drugs are just a facilitator of your goals.

7 days in the gym @ 2 hours? Thats pretty hardcore IMO.
 
It's a bit much I know, but I've been doing it for many years. Seldom do I miss a day. I mix the workouts up often and make sure that (if needed) I have some lite training days.
