Sema micro dose

Looking for help with micro dosing sema on 5MG of Tirz I just don’t wanna go up anymore down 87lbs

I was considering doing the same. I'm on a cut right now. Need to drop another 15ish pounds. Using 5mg tirz to quiet the food noise, but it's just knocking the edge off a little.
I'm thinking of trying 1mg sema per week, offset 3.5 days from 5mg tirz per week.
Hopefully someone with experience doing this can chime in.

I only do tirz.

This is wild west territory. Now that you know more, try this: take two weeks off and go back to original dosing schedule with just one compound. All this microdosing polyGLP1 pharmacy maybe a bit overkill at best, harmful at worst.

i have been responding good to this protocol. I can inject my full 7.5 at once but I seem to do better with lower doses multiple times per week.
But i don't mix sema with tirz. I never heard if that. They are both GLP1.
